I recently bought a pair of sandals from this store, and I gotta say I was pretty disappointed with what I got. The sandals were not what I was expecting - they were made of stiff leather and had a different fabric inside than the ones I tried on in the store. When I asked to return them, I was surprised to learn that I wouldn't get my import duties back. This was unexpected, since other US stores I've shopped at do refund import duties with DDP payments. I'm okay with paying for shipping, but not getting the duties back feels like a bit of a scam to me. Because of this experience, I won't be shopping at this store again.

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing, eh? The order was shipped out real quick, just two days after I bought it, and it showed up in mint condition only a few days later. The packaging was top-notch, and the dress itself was even better than I thought - it was absolutely gorgeous and in perfect shape. I'm super impressed and for sure will be back for more shopping. I usually don't bother writing reviews, but I just had to tell you about my awesome experience with this company. I bought a pair of suede boots recently and they are amazing! The whole ordering process went really well, my boots were shipped quickly and arrived in a reasonable time. When I got them, I was super happy to see that they were exactly like the description and really well-made. They were authentic, fit perfectly, and even came with all the packaging and return info just in case. Overall, I had a great experience and would totally buy from them again.

The delivery was actually on time, which was a nice surprise. But man, the dress I got had quite a few issues. The picture online did not match what I actually got at all. The corset style top just flattened my chest out, and it totally didn't consider a woman's natural curves. And to top it all off, I can't even return it, so now I'm stuck with a dress that I can't even wear comfortably. Rough.

The ponytail holder is so cute, perfect for giving you that bed head or 80s side pony look. It's also great for more elegant low ponytails. It's really well made and doesn't pull on your hair too much. I got it in black and I'm thinking of getting it in pink next.
