MODA OPERANDI - Reviews and experiences

I just bought some clothes for a special event on this website. At first, everything seemed good when I was placing my order, but then I noticed that the prices weren't what they seemed. They made it look like things were cheaper than they actually were, and I ended up paying double for some features that were supposed to be part of the deal. And on top of that, my delivery got delayed without any explanation or updates, making me really worried about getting my stuff on time. The service was pretty bad overall, there wasn't much effort made to fix things or make up for all the trouble they caused me.

I bought something online the other day and was kind of shocked by how much they charged for shipping, especially since I live in Puerto Rico, which is part of the US. I noticed other companies like Net-a-Porter London have cheaper shipping. Maybe it would be a good idea for your company to take a look at your shipping prices and maybe lower them a bit to keep up with your competitors.

Moda Operandi is the place to go for fancy fashion finds. The website is super easy to use, and the stuff I bought was just gorgeous. The shipping was crazy fast, which is great when you're excited to get your hands on your new clothes. But man, those shipping fees are a bit steep compared to other online shops. It would make shopping even more fun if they were lower. Also, I think Moda Operandi could step up their game by featuring designers from different backgrounds, like Black and other minority groups. Customers should have access to all kinds of styles and influences, and I hope Moda Operandi thinks about this in the future.
