damaged toy replacement
I had a problem with my purchase recently when the product showed up all messed up, with the rubber around the charging port all torn. But I didn't let that get me down! I bought Jive and at first, I really liked the toy. It worked well when setting it up. However, I ran into a annoying problem where it kept showing my partner as offline, even though he was right there in the same room. I tried resetting it to factory settings and adding him again, but the issue didn't go away. It was disappointing because the product itself was comfortable and felt good, but it was pretty much useless if it couldn't work properly. I've contacted customer service and now I'm waiting for a response. But after reading other reviews, I'm worried about the support I might get.

New Moxy Vibrator
I bought a new Moxy vibrator and it didn't work when I got it. The charging light was on but not blinking, even after charging for over 10 hours. When I unplugged it, the device wouldn't turn on, no matter how long I held down the power button. I'm really upset about this since it's my first time buying from them. Hopefully, we can find a solution.
Product delay disappointment
So, ya, I ordered something online last Friday and was supposed to get it within 1-3 days. They said it would come on Saturday, but it never showed up. Same thing happened on Monday and Tuesday. The delivery company hasn't said anything and We-Vibe isn't responding to my emails. I paid over £100 for this, you'd think the service would be better!
High expectations, disappointing reality
Hey, so I was really excited about this product, especially with my background working in an adult store. But honestly, it was a big disappointment. The connection with the App is terrible, especially if you're a bit on the heavier side. And the vibration levels? So boring, they all feel identical. And to top it off, the silicone skin peeling off? Nope, not for me. I'd recommend saving your money and checking out brands like Femme Fun, Satisfyer, Lovense, or Shunga Intimate Massager line instead.
Bluetooth vibrator for long-distance fun
So I picked up this Bluetooth vibrator to spice things up with my girlfriend while we're apart, but man, the connection is just terrible. She has to cram her phone right in there with the toy just to keep it working. On the bright side, her phone does vibrate when I send her messages, so at least I can still make her feel good. Dealing with customer service has been a nightmare though, been going back and forth with them and still no fix in sight. Hopefully, they can get me a replacement sorted out soon.

I bought a couple of things from this company not long ago and gotta say, I wasn't too happy with how it turned out. Both toys were kinda low quality and didn't really impress me. The bluetooth vibrator I bought is terrible. I got it to use with my partner who's far away, but the bluetooth stops working as soon as the toy is, like, 15mm away from the phone. It's so useless and I paid a lot for it, seriously. Customer support is, like, non-existent. They didn't even reply to my email, how rude. Don't waste your money on this garbage!
