Purchased Jive
I bought Jive and at first, I really liked the toy. It worked well when setting it up. However, I ran into a annoying problem where it kept showing my partner as offline, even though he was right there in the same room. I tried resetting it to factory settings and adding him again, but the issue didn't go away. It was disappointing because the product itself was comfortable and felt good, but it was pretty much useless if it couldn't work properly. I've contacted customer service and now I'm waiting for a response. But after reading other reviews, I'm worried about the support I might get.
Sync and Touch vibrators
I was pretty bummed out about the Sync and Touch vibrators I bought from this company. They crapped out right after the 2-year warranty ended, which sucked because I was hoping they'd last longer. When I contacted customer service, they weren't super helpful and didn't give me the support I was looking for. I'd suggest checking out other high-end toy brands instead.
New Moxy Vibrator
I bought a new Moxy vibrator and it didn't work when I got it. The charging light was on but not blinking, even after charging for over 10 hours. When I unplugged it, the device wouldn't turn on, no matter how long I held down the power button. I'm really upset about this since it's my first time buying from them. Hopefully, we can find a solution.
Product delay disappointment
So, ya, I ordered something online last Friday and was supposed to get it within 1-3 days. They said it would come on Saturday, but it never showed up. Same thing happened on Monday and Tuesday. The delivery company hasn't said anything and We-Vibe isn't responding to my emails. I paid over £100 for this, you'd think the service would be better!
High expectations, disappointing reality

So I picked up this Bluetooth vibrator to spice things up with my girlfriend while we're apart, but man, the connection is just terrible. She has to cram her phone right in there with the toy just to keep it working. On the bright side, her phone does vibrate when I send her messages, so at least I can still make her feel good. Dealing with customer service has been a nightmare though, been going back and forth with them and still no fix in sight. Hopefully, they can get me a replacement sorted out soon.

Two products

I just bought this app-controlled couples' vibrator and I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out with how the app is performing. Ever since the last update, my partner and I keep getting shown as offline even though we're both online, which is making it impossible to control each other's toys. Plus, the chat feature hasn't been working since the update, making it even harder for us to enjoy the product fully. I tried reaching out to customer service, gave them all the details and even sent pictures of the issues, but they still haven't fixed anything. Overall, I'm not happy with how things have been going and I'd probably advise others not to buy this product.
