I bought Jive and at first, I really liked the toy. It worked well when setting it up. However, I ran into a annoying problem where it kept showing my partner as offline, even though he was right there in the same room. I tried resetting it to factory settings and adding him again, but the issue didn't go away. It was disappointing because the product itself was comfortable and felt good, but it was pretty much useless if it couldn't work properly. I've contacted customer service and now I'm waiting for a response. But after reading other reviews, I'm worried about the support I might get.

I was pretty bummed out about the Sync and Touch vibrators I bought from this company. They crapped out right after the 2-year warranty ended, which sucked because I was hoping they'd last longer.
