I bought these swim trunks from that store, and man, they were really cool and comfy. But when I needed some help, they were just like, nah, not gonna help you. That was so lame! I do like their stuff, but they really need to step up their service game.

Recent hoodie purchase
So I bought two hoodies back on January 1st and it's now January 26th, and my order still hasn't even started printing. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service, but there's no phone number to call and they're ignoring my emails. It took them two whole weeks just to reply to six emails from me. Plus, their cancellation policy says you have to cancel within two hours of placing the order, which I didn't know about.

Eye cream purchase
I bought Maryann's eye cream recently and I gotta say, I'm super impressed. It really helped with reducing puffiness and dark circles around my eyes like it promised, plus it felt so fancy on my skin. The texture was nice and smooth, soaked right in without feeling greasy. I could see a real change in my under-eye area in just a few days. Overall, I'm really happy with this product and will definitely be checking out more stuff from Maryann in the future.

I bought a shirt from this store before and never had any problems returning items. But this time, I had issues at every turn. And to top it off, there was no apology or any kind of goodwill gesture for the inconvenience. It's frustrating because I really like some of their clothes, but this bad experience has put me off using their services again. It seems like their customer service doesn't really care about Canadian customers like me.

As a first-time customer on this site, I was so surprised at how quick and safe the transaction was. Hey folks, just wanted to share that I recently picked up this really awesome Space Helmet Building Kit and let me tell you, it was a blast to assemble. The design was super cool and the final product looked really neat. I did run into a few missing pieces, but luckily there were some extra blocks included that I could use instead. And can we talk about the packaging? Honestly, top-notch quality, probably the best I've seen. The seller was also really helpful and answered all my questions. Eye cream purchase
I bought an eye cream from this store that made my eyes and face swell up and get all itchy for weeks. I contacted customer service for help, but all they offered was an e-gift card as compensation. I couldn't return the product since I bought it overseas at the airport. The store wouldn't give me a refund, but they did offer a gift card in USD. However, even after going back and forth with their customer service team for months, I never got the e-gift card they promised. It was a pretty bad experience dealing with a company that cares more about making money than making their customers happy.

I bought a Lakers sweater for a Christmas gift, but it never showed up. I tried emailing the company many times with no luck. It wasn't until I went to the BBB that they admitted their mistake and said they'd give me a refund, but I still haven't gotten it. Seems like this company has a habit of not communicating well and taking forever to fix things.
