Recent hoodie purchase
So I bought two hoodies back on January 1st and it's now January 26th, and my order still hasn't even started printing. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service, but there's no phone number to call and they're ignoring my emails. It took them two whole weeks just to reply to six emails from me. Plus, their cancellation policy says you have to cancel within two hours of placing the order, which I didn't know about.

I recently bought something from this company and, unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience. The first time I ordered, it took super long for my stuff to get to me. I mean, two whole weeks, which I think is pretty slow in today's world where things move so quickly. Even though it took forever to arrive, I did like what I got and decided to try again. But my second order was even worse. After waiting for twelve days with no updates, I finally contacted them to ask about my order, only to find out they were out of some items because of a festival. I started wondering if they sold my stuff during the festival, which made me feel kind of unsure about how they do business.

I bought Maryann's eye cream recently and I gotta say, I'm super impressed. Quality meat purchase
I recently ordered some top-notch frozen meat from Omaha Steaks and had it delivered right to my door, which was awesome. However, I wasn't too happy with the delivery service they used since they didn't follow my specific instructions. It was pretty annoying, especially in the summer when they didn't even ring the doorbell when dropping off the package. But I have to give props to Omaha for consistently delivering high-quality meat, especially during tough times like the pandemic. One thing I'd like to see them improve on is their promotions - they seem to be the same all the time and could use some more variety. I think they should personalize their deals based on what customers actually like. Overall, Omaha Steaks is a go-to for great meat at a good price, even though some items can be a bit expensive.

I bought a shirt from this store before and never had any problems returning items. But this time, I had issues at every turn. And to top it off, there was no apology or any kind of goodwill gesture for the inconvenience. It's frustrating because I really like some of their clothes, but this bad experience has put me off using their services again. It seems like their customer service doesn't really care about Canadian customers like me.

Disappointing return policy
I wish I had checked out the return policy before buying. Apparently, you need to ask for permission to return, cover the shipping costs, and only get store credit - no cash back. It's a pain and not worth it. The dress looked nice, but the quality was poor. I'm kicking myself for throwing away my time and money on this online shopping fail.

Eye cream purchase
I bought an eye cream from this store that made my eyes and face swell up and get all itchy for weeks. I contacted customer service for help, but all they offered was an e-gift card as compensation. I couldn't return the product since I bought it overseas at the airport. The store wouldn't give me a refund, but they did offer a gift card in USD. However, even after going back and forth with their customer service team for months, I never got the e-gift card they promised. It was a pretty bad experience dealing with a company that cares more about making money than making their customers happy.
