    Gold Membership Issue

    I had a bad customer service experience with this company recently. I'm a Gold Member, so I was hoping for really good service, but instead, I got rudeness and impatience. When I called to make an order, the person on the phone kept cutting me off, wouldn't listen, and then just hung up. That's not cool, especially for customers like me who have paid for a membership and are faithful to the company.

    Gold membership order

    Being a Gold member has been really disappointing. Our first order was a disaster - none of the items we asked for were there, and everything was warm and thawed. We called customer service and they did send another order, but they didn't offer any compensation for the trouble. The second order also arrived thawed after a 6-day delay. We live in Deep South Texas, so having food sit around for so long is worrying. Customer service said they would send another shipment, but with the intense heat, I'm not sure what condition it will arrive in. The food itself is good quality and makes meal prep easier for us seniors, but the continuous issues with our orders don't make Omaha Steaks look good. It doesn't seem worth it to pay for the Gold membership if this is the kind of service we're going to get.

    Thin cuts of steaks, gift order

    I got this gift of steaks that were supposed to arrive yesterday, but they showed up a day late, all thawed out. They didn't even try to keep the meat frozen, so of course it wasn't in great condition. The cut itself was okay, but the steaks were so thin that they cooked up all wrong. It's annoying that they even offer cuts that thin.

    Beef Short Rib Stroganoff

    Oh man, I ordered this Beef Short Rib Stroganoff and it smelled awful, like it had gone bad or something. And when I finally worked up the nerve to taste it, it was just terrible! The sauce was seriously the worst thing I've ever tasted. Now I'm worried about trying the other items I bought. Did I completely waste my money? I spent $39.99 on that! Goodbye, Stroganoff!     Holiday package purchase

    So I ordered this holiday package, and it was alright. The Top Sirloins were seriously delicious, like really good. The Garlic rolls were amazing, hit the spot perfectly. The Apple Treats were crispy and apple-y, really tasty. But the Hot dogs were just okay, I've had better at a corner store. The burgers were decent, nothing special. And the Chicken breasts were small and lacking flavor. Plus, the price was way too high for what I received. I can get better quality food for less at my local membership club. So yeah, I don't think I'll be ordering from there again.

    I receive a few boxes of meat every year, and I always find that the quality is not great. The fillets don't have much marbling or flavor, they seem more like the kind of meat you'd find in a prison or a cannery. It's definitely not as good as what you can get at the grocery store, and the overall taste is not enjoyable, kind of like liver. I suspect the meat is low-grade because there are no USDA grade listings. It seems like the company relies on telemarketing and targets people who might not know any better. I've tried several boxes over the years, and the quality is always disappointing. I wouldn't recommend it.

    I just bought some steaks from this company and I was pretty happy with the quality and how quickly they arrived. But, I gotta say, I was really not impressed with how many messages they kept sending me. Even after I unsubscribed, I was still getting bombarded with like 6-8 texts and emails every day. It was just way too much and started to bug me. I mean, I don't mind getting updates and deals, but this was just too overwhelming and invasive. Because of that, I won't be buying from them again.

    Overpriced low-quality meat

    My recent experience with a box of pre-packaged meat from Omaha Steaks wasn't great. When I grilled the products, they fell apart and had a strange taste, which made me wonder about the quality of the meat. I did some investigating and found out that the meat was probably made up of lower-grade cuts put together in a factory to look high-end. It was disappointing, especially considering the high price I paid, especially this time of year. I even heard stories of people selling the same low-quality meat out of their cars, which only added to my doubts about the product.

    Black Friday order

    I got this item on Black Friday but had lots of problems with it. First, they made the account under the wrong name, not mine. Also, I never got an email to confirm even though they took my money. When I phoned customer service, they gave me an order number and told me to call back Monday. But when I checked the number later, it was gone and I couldn't get any help. It was really annoying and now I'm not happy and don't want to buy from them again.

    I recently decided to try out a high-quality meat package from this company that everyone has been talking about for years. After thinking about it for a while, I finally gave it a shot and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised.     Quality meat purchase

    I recently ordered some top-notch frozen meat from Omaha Steaks and had it delivered right to my door, which was awesome. However, I wasn't too happy with the delivery service they used since they didn't follow my specific instructions. It was pretty annoying, especially in the summer when they didn't even ring the doorbell when dropping off the package. But I have to give props to Omaha for consistently delivering high-quality meat, especially during tough times like the pandemic. One thing I'd like to see them improve on is their promotions - they seem to be the same all the time and could use some more variety. I think they should personalize their deals based on what customers actually like. Overall, Omaha Steaks is a go-to for great meat at a good price, even though some items can be a bit expensive.

    Full Holiday Meal

    I usually pick up a Honey Baked Ham for Christmas, but this year my regular store wasn't taking any orders. So, I thought I'd shake things up and order a full holiday meal from this company instead. And let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised! The ham was so juicy and packed with flavor, the sides were absolutely scrumptious, and everything got delivered right on schedule and in top-notch condition. I'm really looking forward to digging into it all!

    12 sirloins

    I recently bought twelve sirloins for $154.95, but when I checked my order status, it said my order was delivered on December 4th, even though I didn't get it. I'm home all day with five loud dogs and I can tell you for sure that no delivery happened, and there was no photo to prove otherwise. The "Order not delivered" status sent me to the UPS file a claim page, which left me feeling frustrated because Omaha Steaks didn't provide any support. It's disappointing to see a company not taking responsibility for undelivered orders and not having a system for customers to report problems on their website. This whole experience has me questioning the delivery drivers' work ethics and made me reconsider ordering from them in the future.

    Pub Style Cod Filets

    The Pub Style Cod Filets were absolutely delicious! They were perfectly battered, flaky pieces of white Cod that went above and beyond my expectations. Each bite was bursting with flavor and left me wanting more. Forget about the pre-battered Cod you find in stores, these Pub Style Cod Filets are on a whole other level of amazing. I highly recommend giving them a try for yourself. And I can't forget to mention the mouthwatering Filet Mignon burgers - they were absolutely divine! Every item I've bought from this place has been a real treat for my taste buds.

    Recent order experience

    I recently ordered a bunch of meats and when it arrived, it was all warm and leaking everywhere because of the shipping company's error. The first delivery was a total disaster and super gross. But, when I got in touch with customer service, they quickly fixed everything by sending me a replacement order that came in perfect condition. The second delivery was awesome and the meat was top quality. I'm really grateful for their fast action and effort to make things better.

    I really love ordering from this place because the meats are always super tasty. I keep coming back for more because I'm never disappointed. The only issue is that there are so many choices that it's tough to decide on the best one for my money. It would be neat if they had a way to recommend what I should get next based on my previous orders, like a personalized menu just for me. That would be amazing!
