HDMI to mini display port cable
I bought a HDMI to mini display port cable from Newegg not too long ago and it ended up not working properly. When I tried to contact customer service about getting a refund, it was tough because of language issues and they even asked for video proof of the problem which seemed unreasonable. It was really frustrating and disappointing to deal with the lack of understanding and cooperation.

Got stuff, had problems
I tried to order some sweet things online but every time I tried to add them to my cart, I kept getting an error message. I even have a special account with free delivery for a whole year! I emailed customer service and they just told me to clear my cookies and cache and try again. Seriously not cool, man.

Paying for a cancelled order

I tried contacting customer service several times, but they couldn't give me a straight answer or fix the issue. It's really frustrating to see how they handle payment problems with no accountability or competence.
