    Personalized backpack with incorrect name

    I recently bought a personalized backpack from this company, but they ended up getting the name wrong. The quality of the backpack itself was good, though. I got in touch with customer service and spoke to a lady named Whitney. She asked me to email photos of the wrong personalization. I gave all the info needed, like the order number, in the hopes of getting a replacement with the right name. Unfortunately, I got a reply saying that monogrammed orders are final sale and can't be returned or swapped, even when it was their mistake. Their lack of responsibility in this situation really bummed me out and left me feeling annoyed.

    I just bought a new luggage bag from this store and I gotta say, the quality overall is pretty good. But man, let me tell ya, I'm not impressed with the wheels. The bag itself is well put together, but those wheels are just not up to par. They're basically just two layers of plastic, kinda like an old bike wheel with a tube inside. The outer layer of the wheels keeps crapping out on me, which makes moving the bag around a pain. The inner wheels are a bit better, but they're noisy and make it harder to push the bag. It's a real shame because the rest of the bag is solid.

    As someone who's bought a fair share of bags, I've come to expect good quality for my hard-earned money. Unfortunately, the Kipling bag I got recently just didn't cut it. It looked cool and all, but it fell short in terms of durability and practicality. The material inside the main pocket started tearing after just a few weeks, which left me pretty bummed out. Plus, the strap wasn't cushioned enough, so it dug into my shoulder and made lugging it around a pain. And to top it off, the bag couldn't hold all my stuff like I needed it to. To sum it up, I wouldn't recommend this bag to anyone in need of something reliable and sturdy.

    After using my Kipling suitcase a few times, I had an issue where one of the spinner wheels broke off. So, I decided to contact customer service in the UK for some help. I was really surprised by the lack of support I got. They wouldn't send me a replacement part, and instead told me to send the whole case to Poland for fixing, which would cost more than just replacing the wheel. I think it's not cool to ignore customer needs and the environment like that. I've been a loyal customer for a long time, but this experience has made me switch to a British brand, Antler, because they care more about their customers and the planet.

    Durable backpack 🎒

    My mom picked up this super basic backpack for me back in high school from this store. Can you believe it? I'm 23 now and I'm still throwing this thing on every single day. It's like, crazy strong and durable, man. It's been holding up for over 6 years now without a single hole! The only downside is that the color has faded a bit over time, but besides that, it's totally perfect. Definitely got my money's worth with this purchase.

    Me and my fam bought 5 bags from this store. I got a sweet violet sling bag, my mom snagged a cool printed blue bag, sister grabbed a cute pink tote bag, and my son picked out a rad red backpack. The colors and styles are awesome, and the bags are super durable! We used to get them from a friend in the US, but now we're sticking with this store.

    I've been a customer with your folks for a long time now, but the rewards program has been giving me some grief lately. It just stopped working out of the blue without any heads up, and I couldn't get into it from September to December. I tried using different browsers, but every time it said the website wasn't secure. When I called customer service, they couldn't even find my account and didn't really seem to know how to assist me.     Sale discount during natural catastrophe

    The customer service for this company was just terrible during a tough time. I was trying to get in on a sale while dealing with the aftermath of a natural disaster, but couldn't because of the situation. When I asked for an extension on the discount, they flat out said no.     The customer service at this brand is seriously lacking and not up to par with the high prices they charge. The live chat on their website never seems to work, it always says "Live chat has ended." I even tried emailing them with my order number but they said they couldn't find it. And I paid extra for overnight delivery, but when I tracked my package, it's not arriving until Monday, which is three days away. I'm really disappointed because I picked overnight shipping specifically and they still sent it with a weekday delivery restriction. They didn't tell me about that when I bought it, so now there are delays and I'm really frustrated. I thought for the price I paid, I'd get good customer service, a working website, and on-time delivery, but none of that happened. I'm definitely not buying from them again.

    It's so annoying dealing with this unreliable service. I placed an order and my payment went through no problem.     Shopping on this website was just terrible. I didn't get any order details in my confirmation email, and when my package finally came, they sent me the wrong item with the wrong customization. The warehouse management must be a mess, sending out the wrong stuff hours after I placed my order. Their after-sale service was basically non-existent, taking 9 days to finally respond after I sent in pictures of the mistake. The people I talked to had a sloppy attitude, and it wasn't until I asked for a supervisor that they started taking me seriously. The live chat feature was a joke too, kicking me out after just 5 minutes of silence. It's obvious they don't have enough staff, which results in slow processing and mistakes. I sent back the wrong item a week ago and still haven't gotten my refund. It's absolutely ridiculous.

    Small suitcase sent instead of backpack

    I ordered a backpack but they sent me a small suitcase instead. So I called customer service to get it sorted out, but they gave me a hard time, insisted I had to pay to return it, and wouldn't send me the correct item. I requested to speak to a supervisor named Karen, but she ended up hanging up on me. All I wanted was a wheeled backpack for school, but they didn't seem to care at all. Absolutely terrible customer service!
