I bought two pairs of pants on sale on March 30th. I got one pair, but not the other one. Both were supposed to be in stock. I contacted customer service twice, but no response. My order is still "processing" on their tracking system. I hope I get the missing item soon.

I just got this awesome new bike and it's honestly amazing! The colors are so cool and it rides really smoothly. I even got to customize how it looks online, which was so cool. The customer service was really friendly and answered all my questions. It was a bit pricey, but definitely worth it. The bike was delivered to my local shop super fast, which was perfect because I couldn't wait to start riding it. Overall, I'm beyond thrilled with my new bike!

I've been a customer with your folks for a long time now, but the rewards program has been giving me some grief lately. It just stopped working out of the blue without any heads up, and I couldn't get into it from September to December. I tried using different browsers, but every time it said the website wasn't secure. When I called customer service, they couldn't even find my account and didn't really seem to know how to assist me. I've been bugging them to take care of this problem for a bit now, but all they do is keep giving me the runaround.
