Large suitcase with broken spinner wheel
After using my Kipling suitcase a few times, I had an issue where one of the spinner wheels broke off. So, I decided to contact customer service in the UK for some help. I was really surprised by the lack of support I got. They wouldn't send me a replacement part, and instead told me to send the whole case to Poland for fixing, which would cost more than just replacing the wheel. I think it's not cool to ignore customer needs and the environment like that. I've been a loyal customer for a long time, but this experience has made me switch to a British brand, Antler, because they care more about their customers and the planet.

Even though I was in the UK, I reached out to Shinola in the US and they really went out of their way to help me. They quickly sent over the link I needed at no cost, bringing my watch back to life and wearable again. The customer service was top-notch, and I'm really grateful for their commitment to making sure their customers are happy.

I recently signed up for an online course, eh, and let me tell you, it was a huge letdown. The way they were hyping it up, I thought I'd be learning from the best in the biz, but all I got was a bunch of fluff and self-promotion. They were more interested in patting themselves on the back than actually teaching anything useful. And when I asked for my money back, they ghosted me. Total rip-off, eh, waste of my time and hard-earned money.

Battery issue diagnosis and report
I had a problem with the battery in my new car because it got wet for a long time. I called the RAC for help and was happy when Neil, the technician, showed up quickly.
