Remanufactured auto part
I recently bought a remanufactured auto part from here, and the service was super fast! I placed my order on Wednesday and got it on Thursday, all thanks to the free delivery. The part I got was just what I needed, and now that it's installed, my vehicle is running perfectly. I'm happy with the quality of the product and how efficient the service from this company was.
Drive shaft
I recently bought a drive shaft from BuyAutoParts and had a problem with the availability of the item. I placed my order, got a confirmation number, but then got an email saying the item was out of stock. When I checked their website again, I saw the same part listed as in stock at a much higher price. I called and chatted with their customer service, but they said prices on the website can change and might not show accurate stock levels. The price of the drive shaft had more than doubled from what I originally paid, which made me feel like I was tricked. It's not right for a company to not stick to the price at the time of purchase and use these shady business tactics.
Rack and pinion for 1999 car
I had to find a replacement rack and pinion device for my 1999 vehicle, but Chevy doesn't make them anymore. I searched online and saw a remanufactured unit for $1,600, but then found the same part at BAP for only $950. The price was much better, plus BAP offered a $400 refund if I sent them the old core. They processed the refund quickly, in just 5 business days, and even gave me a free UPS return tag for shipping. Their customer service was really amazing, so I had to share my positive experience with them through this review.
Bought car parts

Parts for my car
So, I was in a jam because my car needed some parts and the dealer was asking for way too much money. Thank goodness I found BAP, they totally saved the day! The dealer was totally trying to rip me off by charging 12 times more for the exact same parts I got from BAP. I got everything I needed at a much better price and it was delivered super quickly. BAP, you guys are awesome!
Exhaust repair
The parts got here right on time and in perfect shape. Those catalytic covers are absolutely amazing. I love this brand and the price was just too good to pass up. I'm really looking forward to getting them put on at my neighborhood shop. I'll definitely be telling all my friends about this awesome site.
2008 BMW M3 driveshaft

I ordered an A/C compressor for my car, and when they installed it, it made a super loud noise. So I turned off the car to check it out, and found that the magnet was spinning around and pulled out the wires. I wasn't too pleased with the quality of the part. I called to get a replacement under warranty, but they made me pay $179 for shipping. And to make matters worse, they sent the replacement part by ground shipping instead of overnight like I asked.

Confusing delivery
My experience was so frustrating, eh. I ordered a part online, but the seller messed up and put the wrong name on it and forgot my box number. The package arrived fine, but nobody knew, all because of the mix-up with the name and missing box number. It was just a total disaster, eh.

BAP has an amazing range of auto parts. I was able to find everything I needed for my car, and they even have kits that come with all the extras. I think it's great that they offer a lifetime warranty on some of their parts, that's pretty cool!

Hey, you know what? I got this part from BuyAutoParts and it was so easy to put in the steering box. The price was honestly the best I could find online, so I'm totally gonna recommend this place to all my friends for their car stuff!
Turbo purchase, bad warranty
So I bought this turbo from the store, right? It was so expensive, over 800 bucks, man. Then I had to pay another 100 for some warranty stuff. But less than 4 months later, the turbo crapped out on me! Can you believe it? I had to go somewhere else to get a new one installed and it cost me another 1000 bucks! And when I called the store, they were like "lol sorry, it's outside the warranty, tough luck". What a rip off, seriously! Don't spend your money there, they're all crooks with bad parts!
Wrong part received
I ordered a specific part, but when it arrived two weeks later, it was completely different. It was so frustrating and felt like such a waste of time. I won't be using this website again.
2014 Buick Encore parts
I just got some parts for my 2014 Buick Encore from this company, and honestly, I'm so happy with the service I got. Hard to find rack & pinion for 2005 XLR
Eh, so listen, I had this real rare leaky part on my car that no one had around here. I gave two rebuilders a shot, one in PA and one down south, but man, they were both so rude and way too expensive. But then, I stumbled upon BuyAutoParts online and they were absolute angels, eh! They were so friendly and helpful, and they fixed my part in just a week, eh! Best customer service ever, I tell ya. I'd totally give them 10 stars if I could, eh. Never gonna go to anyone else for car parts again, that's for sure!

Shocked by misrepresented product
I was super disappointed with the misleading info from this company. I bought something that was supposed to be brand new, but it turned out to be used and fake. That's just not cool and now I'm not a fan of this company at all. I recommend that folks be careful and really look into things before believing what they see in their ads.
