price looked a bit too good, reviews were mixed, so I braced for something annoying. Placed the order mid-February, then a day later called for a refund when plans changed. They told me to wait 3–5 business days and that I'd get an email. Hours stretched into days. Then, out of nowhere, an email arrived saying they'd shipped the item anyway. So now I had to drive 30 miles to drop the mats off at a UPS hub, paperwork in hand, feeling a little ridiculous. I've returned stuff easily with other companies, so this slow, back-and-forth felt unnecessary. Small positive — UPS took the package without drama — but I'm still waiting on the refund and three different reps gave me conflicting info. Not thrilled; would've liked smoother communication and less running around. Honestly, it's the slow refund and the mixed messages that annoy me most.

My experience was so frustrating, eh. I ordered a part online, but the seller messed up and put the wrong name on it and forgot my box number. The package arrived fine, but nobody knew, all because of the mix-up with the name and missing box number. It was just a total disaster, eh.
