    Bamboo towels

    I've been shopping at this store for a while now and I've noticed a change in their product quality over the years. The other day, I bought a set of bamboo towels, expecting them to be super soft and absorbent like they claimed. But when I got them, they weren't up to par. And when I tried to talk to customer service about it, they were no help at all and didn't want to stand by their warranty. It's really frustrating and it's definitely changed how I feel about this brand.

    Difficult customer service experience

    I had a real frustrating time trying to contact customer service, eh. Couldn't get a hold of anyone on the phone and emails were straight-up ignored. Only way I got a response was through the chat on the website, and even then, the person wasn't much help. They couldn't even tell me when the mattress I wanted would be available because it was out of stock. This lack of communication and transparency ain't cool, so I've decided to cancel my order and try to find a mattress somewhere else.

    Recent Hotel Booking Experience

    I just booked a hotel online through a big travel website. But when I got to the hotel, they told me my booking was cancelled by the website without telling me. I was stuck having to pay for a new room with my own money. When I called the website, they were not helpful at all and wouldn't give me a refund for the cancelled booking. I even showed them proof from the hotel that it was cancelled, but they didn't want to work with me. It was really frustrating and disappointing.

    So I went and bought some cosmetics and skincare stuff at this place, and honestly, I was not happy with the customer service there at all. When I said no to getting a credit card at the till, the salesperson really pushed me and made things awkward. They were kinda rude and looked down on me, and it felt like they were forcing me into something I didn't want. It was just not cool and left a bad taste in my mouth, you know?

    Difficult ordering process

    Despite trying multiple times, ordering was a real pain in the butt. I wasted so much time just trying to get my order in on the website, and then there was no clear info on when it would be delivered. It's been a whole day now, and there's still no sign of my delivery, even though the person getting it lives super close to the store. The whole website experience was a mess and way too complicated. I'm pretty let down and frustrated with the service.
