    My experience with the liquor delivery service was so frustrating and disappointing. I told customer service I hadn't gotten any updates on my order and they said they hadn't even seen my email address, which seemed like a pretty lame excuse if you ask me. But as soon as I gave them my order number, all of a sudden they found my email and sent it over. But they totally dodged my questions about the mix-up with my order. In the end, I just decided to cancel my order and go with a different delivery service like Instacart. It was annoying to waste time waiting for a response from the company and missing out on the chance to cheer up my buddies on time.

And to top it off, they didn't even offer to replace the item that was out of stock. And this isn't the first time they've screwed up. Starting to think this company is just a hot mess.

    I totally tried out Drizly and man, it was amazing! Ordering was super fast, like bam, bam, bam! The customer service was top-notch, this guy Ernesto was seriously the best. I stumbled upon the Drizly app by accident, kinda like finding a hidden treasure map, when Covid hit and now I use it all the time. It's so convenient and saves me a ton of time - it's like magic! The prices are just right, not too high, not too low. Shoutout to the folks at Drizly and Ernesto for being awesome!

Getting a measly $13 back might not mean much to them, but it says a lot about how they run their business.     So I decided to order a holiday gift delivery for my fam jam through this service, thinking it would be a great idea. But man, was I ever let down with the whole situation! I've used this platform a bunch of times for different shindigs, so I figured it would be perfect for sending a special Christmas treat to my peeps. But then I got hit with an email saying my account looked fishy and got the boot. I was totally caught off guard and felt pretty ticked off and lost about the whole thing. When I tried to get some answers from customer service, they were basically no help at all and brushed me off. Overall, this whole experience has been a huge bummer, and I would definitely tell anyone thinking of using them for the holidays to think twice.

    So I bought four bottles of bourbon from this site on December 17th, but now it's January 2nd and I still have no clue where my order is at. I've tried asking for updates a bunch of times, but the customer service responses have been useless and slow. Instead of actually helping me out, they just told me to talk to their subcontractor for info. Then on December 29th, I got an email saying one of the bottles I ordered wasn't available, which was pretty annoying. Even though the order status said it was shipped on December 20th, the UPS tracking info only showed that the label had been made as of January 2nd. Overall, my whole experience with ordering from this site and dealing with customer service has been a huge letdown. After all this, I definitely wouldn't recommend using their services in the future.

    I ordered some booze, right? Then, out of nowhere, my order gets cancelled. No explanation, just left high and dry. Sure, I got some money back, but what about that extra charge you kept? And tipping upfront? No way, I'll decide if you even deserve a tip later. The nerve! I'm tempted to pay your headquarters a visit and give you a piece of my mind. Better Business Bureau, be ready - I'm coming for you. Good thing I didn't have a party planned, or I'd be in trouble dealing with you scammers.

It took a bunch of tries to get a response from their support team, and when they finally did reply, it was just a generic response that didn't even deal with my issue, eh. The delivery driver didn't even bother to come to my front door - they just stood outside my garage, eh. And to add insult to injury, the gift I ordered was sent back without even trying to deliver it again, eh. All in all, I was really let down by the level of service I got, eh.

    I got a bottle of wine as a gift from Drizly and it was so bad. The delivery guy was rude and didn't even know where he was going, the note inside was all mixed up, and I don't think I even got the right bottle. They made me take pictures for them, and then I got like 12 emails from 10 different people. It was a total mess. And the apology they gave me was weak. Honestly, I would steer clear of this service.

    I had a really bad experience with my DRIZLY order recently. The delivery person just left the box of 9 bottles of alcohol right in front of my door, wide open for everyone to see. It was not cool at all. When I reached out to DRIZLY about it, all they did was give me free delivery on my next order as some kind of sorry. That's not good enough for such a big mistake. I won't be ordering from them again after this. Their customer service is just terrible.

    Don't let this company take advantage of you. I wanted to order three bottles of Scotch, but I was surprised by the extra fees they added. After I inputted my credit card details, they tacked on a Delivery Fee, another mysterious Fee, and a mandatory 20% Tip fee. This company is so greedy, they don't tell you about all the additional costs until the last minute, leaving you with a much higher bill than expected. I decided to cancel my order because of their dishonest practices. What's worse, I couldn't even delete my account or credit card info. When I emailed them to delete my account and CC details, they asked for all my personal info, even my date of birth, on a form. Not only does this company keep your sensitive info without asking, but they also demand more personal details just to delete your account. I won't trust this company again and I'll be reporting them to the authorities. Total scammers.

    I ordered my drink to be delivered and they told me it would arrive sometime between 6pm and 8pm. Unfortunately, it never showed up, so I gave them a one-star rating. The customer service team apologized and promised to deliver it the next night. To my disappointment, it still didn't arrive. Now I've downgraded them to two stars. The folks on the phone were friendly, but they really need to work on getting my drink to me on time! I'll give them one last chance, but all these negative reviews are making me a bit wary.

    Expensive shipping with delayed delivery

    I recently bought something on this platform and chose the 4-day shipping for $31. It was supposed to come by the 8th, right before a party I was having on the 9th. But, unfortunately, I got an email on the 6th saying it wouldn't be here until the 12th. I tried to cancel, but they said no. Luckily, it did show up on the 12th as promised, so that was a small win in the end.

    Despite trying multiple times, ordering was a real pain in the butt. I wasted so much time just trying to get my order in on the website, and then there was no clear info on when it would be delivered.     I recently ordered a birthday gift on DRIZLY for about a hundred bucks, thinking it would get here in time for the big day. But boy, was I wrong. The whole thing was a mess. The website said my stuff was all "Packed," but when I checked on it, turns out they were actually out of stock at the store. After some back and forth, they ended up cancelling my order without even saying sorry or giving a good reason. This kind of unprofessional behavior is not cool and really ticked me off. I'd steer clear of DRIZLY if I were you.

    I just placed my first order with this company and it was a total disaster. I picked out what I wanted and was told I had until a certain time for it to be ready, but when that time came, turns out my order wasn't even packed and the store was closed. I got in touch with customer service, which was in another country, and they said they would cancel my order. The company's incompetence to realize the trouble they caused and the fact that they still took my money is just not right. Their lack of responsibility and unhelpful customer service only made things worse. I definitely won't be using this service again.
