Online order return experience
My experience with returning stuff I bought online was such a headache, eh. I did everything right through their website to return the items, but even after sending them back, I never got my money back. It's been super frustrating trying to prove that I actually did the return, and now I'm stuck still paying for things I don't even have. This whole situation has been a major letdown and really makes me wary of using their return policies again, you know?

This delivery company is such a letdown, eh? I showed them proof of getting ripped off with delivery, service, and tip fees, but they wouldn't give me back my extra cash. I even tried talking it out with them, but they were super unprofessional and didn't care about making things right. Getting a measly $13 back might not mean much to them, but it says a lot about how they run their business. Their ratings show they don't know what they're doing, so I'd definitely think twice before ordering from them again, eh?

Camera and lenses
My order came in the mail by UPS right on time on the day they said it would be here. Everything was wrapped up real good in bubble wrap and all the used stuff looked and worked how I thought it would. I'm really happy I decided to buy from you guys. Keep up the good work!

Classic case
So I figured I'd give this website a shot since I saw their amazing cases in stores. But unfortunately, they didn't have any PLUS sizes available. I ended up snagging the classic case for 50% off with free shipping on Black Friday. The shipping was super quick, and the case itself is really nice to look at. However, I did notice that it doesn't fully cover the sides, bottom, and top, and the screen kinda sticks out which worries me in case I drop it. On top of that, the silver logo started to rust and fade not long after I got it.

2 LED Cube Lights
I recently bought 2 LED Cube Lights from this store and unfortunately, one of them showed up damaged because of a battery leak. So, I reached out to customer service and got in touch with a guy named Josh. Josh was super helpful and didn't hesitate to offer me a refund for the damaged light. But I really liked the light, so I asked if I could just get a replacement instead. Josh was on it right away and even got the replacement shipped to me at no extra cost. I was so impressed by how smoothly and efficiently they handled everything. Great customer service like that is hard to come by these days, eh?

I've bought stuff from this store a few times now and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with their service. The products are decent quality and the prices are reasonable. At first, I was a bit bummed out because they didn't have a lot of iPad and iPhone accessories, but it looks like they've added more stuff now, which is awesome news for me since I'm planning on buying more from them. All in all, I'm really happy with my shopping experiences here.
