    Car rental experience

    My car rental experience was absolutely terrible. I rented a car at the airport and within a few days, it started having multiple problems. The locks were acting up, it wouldn't start, and on top of that, the battery was dead. It was a total nightmare, from trying to contact someone on the emergency number, waiting forever for a mechanic, to being told I needed to drive the car back to the airport for a new one. It was a waste of time and money. And to top it off, when I returned the replacement car, I was hit with unexpected charges that no one explained. The lack of honesty and professionalism from this company is really disappointing.

    My recent experience renting a car was really frustrating. I thought I had everything sorted out when I booked a car with insurance from a third-party website. But when I got to the pick-up spot, they said the car I reserved wasn't there. They then tried to convince me to get a bigger, pricier car. I didn't read the contract thoroughly and ended up agreeing to extra insurance and a higher fee. When I brought the car back, they didn't give me back the whole deposit because of those extra charges. It felt like a sneaky trick, and I had to pay more than I thought I would.

    Overcharged for unnecessary insurance

    I had to go get my car after an 8-hour flight and the person at the desk was really pushy, trying to sell me more stuff even though I said I already had insurance! I got tricked into buying extra insurance I didn't need. And when I returned the car with a full tank, they still charged me for refueling! It was such a scam. I won't be going back there again.

    Las Vegas Airport car rental

    So I rented a car at the airport in Las Vegas, and let me tell you, it was a bit of a nightmare. I had to wait in line for a whole hour just to pick up my rental. And to make things worse, there were no cars ready for pick up. We all had to wait while the agent called Service to get a car ready for each customer. It was such a long and frustrating process. When we finally made it to the garage area, we saw another couple waiting for the same car we were supposed to get. Budget really needs to get their act together and be more organized.

    My rental experience in a nutshell

    I rented a car with my buddies for a road trip and we didn't smoke in it. But then I got a letter from the company saying they were gonna charge me extra for cleaning because of a smoke smell! It wasn't fair 'cause we didn't even smoke in there! They were trying to rip me off for $450! I was so upset, but thankfully customer service fixed it. Still not cool though.

    Rental from a car company

    I had a really bad time with a car rental company not too long ago. I told them I didn't want to pay for tolls and roadside help at the counter, but somehow those charges ended up on my bill. It was a pain to get them to admit they messed up, and by the time they did, it was too late. They were terrible at communicating and being honest, and now I feel all annoyed about it. Next time, I'm definitely going somewhere else for my rental needs.

    Insurance purchase

    My experience getting insurance at that place was pretty bad. The person working there wouldn't accept our insurance and said they couldn't take it, so we ended up paying twice for it. And then, when we went to pick up the car, it wasn't even there. Even though I complained, I only got a small part of the refund they promised after a whole month. They're so disorganized with their records, it's been hard to keep track of everything.

    Hired car collection at airport

    I recently rented a car at an airport, and it wasn't a great experience. I waited in a long line at the main rental desk, then got sent to a desk on the 2nd floor where I had to wait again for help. I had the car for three weeks but hardly drove it, so the mileage was low. When I returned the car, they charged me an extra 123 euros because they said it wasn't clean inside. It was actually quite tidy, just a few flower petals and leaves. I took pictures to show that it was clean, so I think the charge was unfair, just a way for them to get more money from me. It's their job to clean the cars before renting them out again. This whole situation made me feel frustrated and like they took advantage of me. I'm going to talk to the right people to sort this out.

    My rental car experience

    Oh man, renting from this company was a total nightmare! They said it was gonna be affordable, but then BAM - hidden charges and false accusations everywhere. We agreed on a price for the car rental, and suddenly there's an extra $1500 tacked onto my bill. And the craziness just kept on coming. When I returned the car, they're claiming I got a ticket in some random city I didn't even go to during the rental. Clearly, they're out here trying to scam folks by lying about prices and then hitting them with extra fees and made-up stuff. This whole shady operation needs to be shut down ASAP, and I'm not gonna rest until these scammers face the music for what they're doing.

    I rented a car for the weekend with my family in Toronto. When we got to the car rental place, the person there tried to add extra stuff to our bill without asking. So rude! Then when I asked for a refund, they said no way. I felt so disrespected! I will never rent from here again!

    My time with the car rental company was a total letdown. The car I got was all beat up and not even registered, and now they want me to pay for it. I've got pictures with the timestamps to back up my story, but they won't stop bothering me about the money. I'm done with this car rental company for good after this.

    Overcharged for fuel

    I rented a car from a specific car rental spot at Orlando International (MCO) recently. The whole rental process was good until I brought back the car with a full tank of gas, just like the agreement said. But, surprise surprise, they still charged my credit card to top up the gas even though I returned it full. That's just not cool and seems shady. On top of that, they always try to tack on extras you don't need or didn't use, making it a headache to get your money refunded after they already have your credit card info. I'd suggest checking out other rental companies at MCO to avoid these unnecessary fees and annoyances.

    Car rental experience in UAE/Dubai

    My experience with the UAE/Dubai office was really disappointing. I ran into a lot of problems during my rental process, like issues with communication and missing security deposit payments. Dealing with them was so frustrating and stressful. They hardly ever responded to my emails, which just made things worse. I was left feeling totally unsatisfied with the service I received.

    I would be careful renting from this company, eh. They ask for a 300 euro deposit and then never give it back. They come up with fake excuses and don't answer when you ask about the deposit. You have to go back to the office weeks later and still nothing gets resolved. It was my first time using them, and I won't be making that mistake again, eh. VANREL is a way better choice, for sure.

    Rental car experience at airport location

    I just rented a car for a work trip from the airport the other day. When I returned the rental at the airport, I got my receipt. But then I saw extra charges of over $1,000.00 on my account! Turns out, they didn't register the car as returned. I've called customer service a bunch of times, but they still haven't fixed it. It's really frustrating and disappointing how they're not communicating or taking responsibility for this.
