So, I decided to try and make a warranty claim. At first, they told me that it was past the warranty period. But then I replied back and I got a message from another person named Sheryl. She said sorry for the mix-up and offered to give me either a replacement or a credit on my account. I went with the replacement and they processed my order really quickly. I got an email confirmation not long after that. Overall, I thought the whole process was fast, simple, and super helpful.

Wedding tuxedo rental
My recent visit to this place was a real letdown. I rented a tuxedo for my daughter's wedding and it was a total mess. The fitting process was a nightmare, with multiple trips needed to fix problems like different lengths on the pant legs and sleeves, a ripped clasp on the pants, and the wrong-sized shirt. The service was super slow due to not enough staff, which caused unnecessary delays. Even the father of the groom had his order lost and had to go back three times to sort it out. The customer service was terrible, as trying to reach corporate was a dead-end - calls went unanswered and texts to customer service got no real response. The whole experience was just awful, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone needing a tuxedo for a special event.

My experience with this company was an absolute disaster. I had such a hard time trying to make a payment on their website for 2 days because of all the errors, but I was finally able to place the order and pay on August 1st. The next day, I got a confirmation and a tracking number from DHL saying my express shipping would arrive by August 9. But on August 10, I got a call from DHL saying they were sending the package back to Rossignol. DHL and Rossignol both said they didn't know why. And since then, I haven't heard anything else. I've tried calling Rossignol multiple times, but all they say is that they'll let me know once they figure it out. I don't have my money or my stuff, and there's no clear answers or solutions in sight. The way they're handling this is just not right at all.

Deposit scam
I would be careful renting from this company, eh. They ask for a 300 euro deposit and then never give it back. They come up with fake excuses and don't answer when you ask about the deposit. You have to go back to the office weeks later and still nothing gets resolved. It was my first time using them, and I won't be making that mistake again, eh. VANREL is a way better choice, for sure.

I received this really cool art book that was in perfect condition, even though it was listed as "acceptable." There was just a tiny bend on the back cover, but other than that, it was flawless! I've ordered several books from this shop and they've all been in great shape. I really appreciate that they are detailed in their descriptions. The shipping was super fast and the packaging was top-notch. I'm definitely going to order more stuff from them!

Gas mask purchase
My experience with ordering a gas mask from this store was pretty disappointing, eh. I shelled out extra for the speedy shipping, thinking I'd get it in 5-8 days, but it ended up taking a whopping 2 months for it to finally show up. And when it did, the gas mask was missing a vital filter, so it was basically useless. I reached out to customer service, but it took another month for them to actually send me the darn filter. And when I asked for a refund on that rush shipping I never got, my questions were straight up ignored. Can you believe that, eh?
