Yeah, so I ordered some things and they came really quickly. But then when I went to get them, I had to pay this extra tax which was kind of annoying because nobody mentioned it when I placed my order.

I had to reach out to customer service because there was an issue with my delivery. They responded within a couple of days and were happy to send out another order without any problems. Luckily, the original order showed up so it wasn't needed. It's not often you come across a company that is so willing to help customers. I'll definitely be coming back as a customer.

I've been tryin' to reach out to them a bunch of times now, but nobody's gettin' back to me, eh? It's been weeks, man, and I still ain't seen a penny of that refund. This whole lack of communication and slow refund process got me worried, ya know? Starting to wonder if this company's even legit, eh?

Two tins of travel sweets
I recently bought two tins of travel sweets from this company. Sadly, one of the tins wasn't sealed properly, which was a letdown. I tried to reach out to customer service to let them know about the problem, but it wasn't very helpful, so I gave up. Also, I was surprised by the high shipping cost. I thought I only had to pay 99p for shipping, but for a £3 purchase, I ended up paying £3.99, which I didn't realize until it was too late. In general, this whole experience was disappointing, and I won't be considering this company for future buys.
