ServiceI bought some hair product from the store the other day and ran into a problem on the website about not being able to send flammable stuff in the mail. So I sent an email to customer service to figure things out since it wasn't a problem before. They got back to me really quickly and said the restriction didn't apply in Canada, so I could go ahead with my order without any issues. I was really impressed with how fast and helpful the team at Life and Looks was.

ServiceI had to reach out to customer service because there was an issue with my delivery. They responded within a couple of days and were happy to send out another order without any problems. Luckily, the original order showed up so it wasn't needed. It's not often you come across a company that is so willing to help customers. I'll definitely be coming back as a customer.
