X Sight scope purchase

So I bought this X Sight scope recently, and it was working fine at first but then it started acting up. Even after I did what the website said and updated the firmware, it kept freezing and shutting down on me. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the firmware myself, but I just couldn't figure it out. So I decided to reach out to ATN's customer support manager for help. We ended up going back and forth with 15 emails over 8 weeks, but we still couldn't fix the problem. Honestly, the manager didn't really seem to know what they were doing. I even tried emailing the CEO, but they totally ignored me. ATN's lack of response and terrible service really let me down. It's pretty clear that making customers happy is not their priority. I'd suggest avoiding ATN products altogether, their customer service is just the worst I've ever seen.

I bought a night vision system from this company and I've been having some major problems with it. I've had it for two years now and it keeps freezing up, can't hold zero, and doesn't work well past 100 yards. I've contacted customer service for help and they've been polite and professional, but the support I've gotten has been pretty minimal. I was looking for a night vision system that would work smoothly and reliably, but this product hasn't met my expectations.
