ATN - Maker of Night Vision and Thermal Imaging - Reviews and experiences

I bought a night vision system from this company and I've been having some major problems with it. I've had it for two years now and it keeps freezing up, can't hold zero, and doesn't work well past 100 yards. I've contacted customer service for help and they've been polite and professional, but the support I've gotten has been pretty minimal. I was looking for a night vision system that would work smoothly and reliably, but this product hasn't met my expectations.

I got the BinoX X 4K and X-Sight 4K in 2022, but they just never worked right from the get-go. I tried updating the firmware multiple times, but they kept glitching out. I put a lot of money into them and never even got to use them out in the field. I even made a trek to their store in Houston, only to get a small discount on a newer model because they said they weren't making the X-Sight 4K anymore. But, I talked to someone at ATN and found out that those scopes are still being made. All in all, I was really let down by the quality and service from ATN.

I got this awesome night vision scope and it's super amazing! It really helps me see in the dark like a ninja. And when I had an issue with it, the customer service was so friendly and helpful. They sent me a new one right away without any issues. The quality of the scopes is top-notch as well!
