Handbag and watch
I recently went to a store in the mall and was so impressed by the customer service I got. Two employees, Jerome and Khadija, really went the extra mile to make sure I had a fantastic shopping trip. Even though the store was super busy, they still took the time to help me and make sure I was happy with the handbag and watch I bought. Good customer service in retail is hard to come by these days, so it was really nice to see such dedicated and attentive staff in action.

Attachment replacement delay
So I had an issue where my vacuum cleaner attachment stopped working right after the warranty expired. I got in touch with customer service and they said they'd give me a discount on a new attachment. This was back in February and it's now almost August, but I still haven't received the replacement part. Because of this long wait, I've had to go back to using my old central vacuum, which isn't as powerful as the Dyson. I'm really let down by this whole situation and wouldn't suggest this brand to anyone.

Washable rugs, 5 years old
I absolutely adore their washable rugs! I have one that's nearly 5 years old now and it still looks as good as new. They're a breeze to clean and dry, and although rolling them up can be a bit of a challenge, I manage just fine. I've made three purchases from them already, and you can bet I'll be a repeat customer for sure!

Recent purchase of two items
The stuff I bought recently is really top-notch. I got two things, different sizes, and they fit just right and are super high quality. I've been wearing them in all kinds of crazy weather, and they're holding up great. Customer service was quick to help with an issue I had with my order, and they handled it really well. The brand has been keeping up their high standards for years, and I love how much care goes into their products.

Eagles jersey purchase
I just ordered an Eagles jersey, and on the website, it said it would come in 2-3 business days. But then I checked the tracking info, and it said it wouldn't arrive until May 9th. This mix-up has me feeling pretty confused and frustrated as a customer.

Magazine subscription purchase
It's hard to say how I feel about the magazine subscription I got because I've only got one issue so far. I bought it on December 21 and already got the December and January issues. But the label says "NOV2024," which is weird because it might be talking about the November issue. I'll have to wait and see if the next ones come on time and with the right label before I can decide if the company's service is good or not.

Comfy and versatile bike
I'm really happy with the bike I bought. It's great for cruising around the city, pulling a bike trailer, checking out construction sites, and heading to the park. The bike rides super smooth and comfy, and I get compliments on it all the time. It really does everything I need it to.

Quick and efficient task completion
Kristina finished the job super fast and did it really well, but then the smoke detector that she swapped the battery for started beeping not long after she took off. I had to call someone else to come by and fix it, which was a bit of a hassle.
