Durable Stain-Resistant Rug
As someone who is always dealing with stains from kids, pets, and a husband who doesn't get that we only wear clean shoes inside, let me tell you, this rug has been a lifesaver for me. I got my first one in 2021 and I've already bought three more because they are super easy to clean and have saved me from so many freak-outs over spills and pet messes. The patterns somehow hide stains, and the fact that you can just throw them in the washing machine is amazing. The only downside is that I did notice the edges starting to come loose after about six months, which was kind of disappointing. Plus, the 8x10 size is too big for a regular washing machine, so you might have to do some spot cleaning or take it to a commercial laundry. But overall, it's a great buy for anyone with a messy crew at home.
Return process
I recently had to return a rug I bought, and they gave me instructions on how to do it. But I ended up returning it after the 30-day window without knowing it was a rule. It would have been easier if they had clearly stated the return deadline and allowed refunds, instead of just giving me an address to send the rug back to. I had to contact them after I had already sent the rug back, but they didn't reply to my emails promptly, which made me really anxious. Eventually, they sorted it out, refunded me, and sent me a new rug. I appreciate that they fixed the issue in the end, but their lack of communication on time was worrying. Overall, I give them 5 stars for solving the problem, but I think they should work on communicating return deadlines better.
Four durable and easy-to-clean rugs
I am absolutely in love with these rugs from this company! I've had two of them for years and they still look fantastic, despite having five dogs and a cat constantly running around. Being able to just toss them in the wash and have them come out looking brand new is a total game-changer, especially for pet owners like me. When I decided to redo my living room, I didn't even hesitate to order two more of these rugs right away. I also picked up two smaller ones for the bedside and they've been the perfect addition to the room. Overall, I can't recommend these rugs enough to anyone who wants easy maintenance and high-quality that lasts.
Living room rugs purchase
I just picked up some new living room rugs and I have to say, I am loving them! Versatile washable rugs
I really love these washable rugs! I've been a customer for years and started buying them when I had to replace a rug that my old dog ruined. Being able to just throw them in the wash and dry them easily is so handy. Right now, I have 10 of these rugs and two more on the way. They're tough, look great, and simple to take care of, making them a great pick for any home.
I got 5 rugs and 3 are super cool!
So like, I picked up these 5 really cool rugs and I threw them in my bathroom, you know? And let me tell you, 3 of them are just awesome! They look amazing and feel so good under my feet. But man, that white one with the blue and black diamonds? Such a letdown. I stuck it in my guest bathroom, hardly used it, and already had to wash it twice! The black from the bottom keeps coming through and leaving marks. Total drag, man. I'd totally grab more rugs from them, no question, but definitely not in a light shade. Lesson learned, I suppose!
Floor protection rugs purchase
Our floors were just redone and we needed some rugs to protect them and add some style. So, we decided to get these rugs and bought three in different lengths. Ordering was a breeze, they arrived pretty quickly, and when we needed to swap one runner for a longer size, it was no problem at all. The customer service was amazing and really made everything go smoothly. All in all, it was a great experience that we would totally suggest to anyone else.
Beautiful Christmas runners
I just bought a couple of Christmas runners for my hallway. One showed up right away, but the other one took a bit longer even though I paid extra for fast shipping. Then I ordered two more rugs a little while after, and this time they came together and got here pretty quickly. Let me tell you, these rugs are stunning! I've gotten so many compliments on them. Definitely worth the price!
8 Ruggable rugs
We got two rugs last year and we absolutely love them! They are so easy to clean, amazing quality, and look great in any room. I really appreciate how honest they were on their website about the different sizes and textures that are washable. The exchange process was hassle-free too. We love these rugs so much that we've convinced our friends to get some too!
6x9 Tufted Ruggable purchase
I just bought a 6x9 Tufted Ruggable for my family room and I love it! It looks so good on my wood floor and the quality is top-notch. I also have a 5x7 Tufted Ruggable in my office and it's just as great. I tested washing the rug and it came out perfectly clean and fit well in my washer. My only worry is if the larger size will fit in the washer.
Recent kitchen rug purchase
Picked up a couple of kitchen rugs a while ago and they're looking and feeling really good. They are a tad thinner than I thought they'd be, but after giving them a wash they look good as new. I'd probably get them again, although the rug pad doesn't really help with stopping them from slipping on hardwood floors.
Washable rugs, 5 years old
I absolutely adore their washable rugs! I have one that's nearly 5 years old now and it still looks as good as new. They're a breeze to clean and dry, and although rolling them up can be a bit of a challenge, I manage just fine. I've made three purchases from them already, and you can bet I'll be a repeat customer for sure!
My 7 super durable rugs
I've got about 7 of these really awesome rugs that can handle my super active family. Even if 5 eggs spill on the kitchen one, just throw it in the washer and boom, good as new. This company is legit, they genuinely do what they promise.
Recent rug purchase
I recently bought a couple of rugs from this company and honestly, I was super disappointed with how they showed up. Two of the rugs looked obviously used, covered in lint and dust, and even the boxes they were in were poorly taped. I spent a good chunk of change on those rugs, so discovering they were pre-owned just made me feel like I threw away my money. The design of the rugs was pretty, but knowing they were used really ruined my whole experience. They should definitely clean and check over any pre-owned or returned items before selling them.
Rug pad shedding black particles
So hey, I picked up this rug pad, and when I started to clean it, it shed all this black stuff onto my floor. I bought it back in November 2022, and now, just a bit over a year later, it's shedding everywhere. The warranty expired only two months ago, so that's a bummer. I thought it would last longer since it was pretty expensive. I never washed the pads, only the rugs, so I didn't do anything to mess it up. The rugs are still looking good, but this rug pad is definitely not holding up well.
Replacing Regular Carpeting
I just got rid of my wall to wall carpeting during my remodel and switched to these washable rugs. They can handle high traffic, spills, and stains like a champ. No need for a carpet shampoo machine anymore. I've bought different sizes and they all wash up beautifully. Couldn't be happier with my decision to switch to these rugs.
