I really love these washable rugs! I've been a customer for years and started buying them when I had to replace a rug that my old dog ruined. Being able to just throw them in the wash and dry them easily is so handy. Right now, I have 10 of these rugs and two more on the way. They're tough, look great, and simple to take care of, making them a great pick for any home.

So like, I picked up these 5 really cool rugs and I threw them in my bathroom, you know? And let me tell you, 3 of them are just awesome! They look amazing and feel so good under my feet. But man, that white one with the blue and black diamonds? Such a letdown. I stuck it in my guest bathroom, hardly used it, and already had to wash it twice! The black from the bottom keeps coming through and leaving marks. Total drag, man. I'd totally grab more rugs from them, no question, but definitely not in a light shade. Lesson learned, I suppose!

Picked up a couple of kitchen rugs a while ago and they're looking and feeling really good. They are a tad thinner than I thought they'd be, but after giving them a wash they look good as new. I'd probably get them again, although the rug pad doesn't really help with stopping them from slipping on hardwood floors.

It would have been easier if they had clearly stated the return deadline and allowed refunds, instead of just giving me an address to send the rug back to. I had to contact them after I had already sent the rug back, but they didn't reply to my emails promptly, which made me really anxious. Eventually, they sorted it out, refunded me, and sent me a new rug. I appreciate that they fixed the issue in the end, but their lack of communication on time was worrying. Overall, I give them 5 stars for solving the problem, but I think they should work on communicating return deadlines better.

I just bought a 6x9 Tufted Ruggable for my family room and I love it! It looks so good on my wood floor and the quality is top-notch. I also have a 5x7 Tufted Ruggable in my office and it's just as great. I tested washing the rug and it came out perfectly clean and fit well in my washer. My only worry is if the larger size will fit in the washer.

So hey, I picked up this rug pad, and when I started to clean it, it shed all this black stuff onto my floor. I bought it back in November 2022, and now, just a bit over a year later, it's shedding everywhere. The warranty expired only two months ago, so that's a bummer. I thought it would last longer since it was pretty expensive. I never washed the pads, only the rugs, so I didn't do anything to mess it up. The rugs are still looking good, but this rug pad is definitely not holding up well.

I just got rid of my wall to wall carpeting during my remodel and switched to these washable rugs. They can handle high traffic, spills, and stains like a champ. No need for a carpet shampoo machine anymore. I've bought different sizes and they all wash up beautifully. Couldn't be happier with my decision to switch to these rugs.
