we didn’t get what we ordered, twice, and that’s the headline. We bought a 6x9 for the bedroom and a 2.5x7 runner for the kitchen — picked warm reds and beiges online, got something purplish and dark for the kitchen and a completely different pattern for the bedroom. They arrived in separate shipments, which was annoying, and after a helpful rep set up a return and reorder, the replacement still had the wrong colour. I mean, the rep was polite and the return process wasn’t a nightmare, so points there, but it’s wild a company that only sells rugs can miss the mark so often. Other stores we’ve used usually match the swatch better, so this felt sloppy. Not saying their rugs can’t be nice — if you get the right one it’d probably look great — but for us it was more hassle than it was worth. We returned both and moved on.

I just bought a couple of Christmas runners for my hallway. One showed up right away, but the other one took a bit longer even though I paid extra for fast shipping. Then I ordered two more rugs a little while after, and this time they came together and got here pretty quickly. Let me tell you, these rugs are stunning! I've gotten so many compliments on them. Definitely worth the price!
