Ruggable - Reviews and experiences

I recently had to return a rug I bought, and they gave me instructions on how to do it. But I ended up returning it after the 30-day window without knowing it was a rule. It would have been easier if they had clearly stated the return deadline and allowed refunds, instead of just giving me an address to send the rug back to. I had to contact them after I had already sent the rug back, but they didn't reply to my emails promptly, which made me really anxious. Eventually, they sorted it out, refunded me, and sent me a new rug. I appreciate that they fixed the issue in the end, but their lack of communication on time was worrying. Overall, I give them 5 stars for solving the problem, but I think they should work on communicating return deadlines better.
