Servicedouble-check your shipping address in the order notes and be persistent with support. Would I buy again? Maybe — I love the designs, but please, fix the service side. Overall, happy with the product, frustrated by the process, but that perfect little moment when the rug finally sat right on the floor made it worth it.

Ordering was a breeze, they arrived pretty quickly, and when we needed to swap one runner for a longer size, it was no problem at all. The customer service was amazing and really made everything go smoothly. All in all, it was a great experience that we would totally suggest to anyone else.
