no phone number anywhere, only chat and email. The chat was dead most times, and emails took up to three days to get a reply. They told me the rugs were made to order, which explained the wait, but the rug I received makes me think they didn't have my model in stock and just sent something similar. I was hosting an event and kind of counting on this, so it was frustrating — and yeah, timing was awful with the Juneteenth holiday when nobody was available. On the plus side the wrong rug isn't terrible quality, and the colours actually work with the room, so I'm not totally upset, just inconvenienced. I asked for a full refund and explained I couldn't spend extra time returning it, so we'll see how they handle that; fingers crossed they step up. Overall, decent product by feel but poor communication and delivery handling dragged the whole thing down. Hoping they improve response times and add a phone option.
