My new clothes
I just picked up some new clothes and they're really nice and well put together. The customer service was awesome too! But I kinda wish they had different lengths in the pants 'cause they're so long for shorter folks like me who are 5ft 5in or less! Gotta hem them up and it can mess with how they look.
Sweatshirt purchase
I bought a sweatshirt that wasn't the greatest quality, but when I contacted them, they fixed it immediately! Really pleased with how they handled it, excellent customer service! Thank you!
Stylish and well-made pants
I just bought a pair of pants from this store and let me tell you, I am really impressed with how they fit and look. The pants are really well-made with cool little features like hidden zipper pockets, which I really like. But I gotta say, even though the quality is top-notch, the prices are starting to get a bit steep. They advertise themselves as offering 'affordable luxury', but to be honest, it's starting to feel less affordable for me these days. I also noticed that they hardly ever have big sales like Black Friday, which can make shopping here a bit pricey. I think having more deals or discounts would make the brand more accessible to a wider range of customers.

The clothes I bought from here are awesome - amazing quality, so comfy, and super fancy. But, eh, I had a delivery disappear recently. I gotta say, their customer service was top notch. As soon as they figured out my delivery was lost, they hurried up and sent me a new one with next day delivery. All in all, I'm really happy with my time here.

I gotta say, the customer service at this store was top-notch. I talked to this lady named Gilda and she was amazing - so knowledgeable, helpful, and really on the ball. Gilda totally goes above and beyond for this company. She helped me out with all my questions and any problems I had. Her professionalism and dedication to making sure I was happy with my experience really stood out.

Blouse purchase, size 10
Ya know, when I first saw this brand, I was so excited. But when I got my hands on that cotton voile blouse I ordered, I was let down big time. Like, seriously disappointed. It was way shorter than what they said, and definitely not as loose as they described. I mean, I've got a pretty average petite body type, but that blouse just didn't fit right at all. And don't even get me started on the "true to size" claim on their site, total baloney. I tried reaching out through email to sort things out, but all I got was radio silence. Talk about adding insult to injury!
Shirt for daughter's birthday
I recently ordered a shirt for my daughter's birthday, but it didn't arrive on Monday as planned. I was disappointed when the post office sent it back. Luckily, when I reached out to customer service, they were really helpful and empathetic. They sorted out a new shipment right away, and it got to me the next day. I was impressed by how quickly they fixed the problem and made sure I was happy. The shirt was great quality too, and my daughter adored it. All in all, I had a good experience with this company and would definitely buy from them again.

The last time I shopped at this store was awesome. The clothes are super high quality and the styles are on point, trendy but still timeless. I had a great chat with Claire and her coworker at the store yesterday when I had an issue with my bill. They were both so helpful and patient, even going the extra mile to help me with my order from another country. Claire took the time to explain all my choices and guided me through the process, making sure I was happy with my purchase.
