Stylish clothes
Oh my goodness, I absolutely adore the clothes at this store! They're just so stylish with really cool designs and trendy fabrics. I picked up this adorable outfit that's now my absolute favorite. The customer service was fantastic as well, they assisted me with a return while I was away on vacation. It was top-notch service, I'd give it a perfect score!
Black dress purchase
The customer service at this store is seriously amazing, eh? I had a bit of a problem with my order, but Claire got back to me right away and fixed it up no problem. I was really impressed by how much they cared and paid attention to all the details. Dress purchase
I bought a dress from this company recently and I gotta say, I was really happy with the whole experience. The dress looked just like it did in the picture, but it didn't come with a belt like it showed. I saw a magazine later on that showed the dress with a belt, so I contacted customer service to ask about it. They replied super quick and sent me a belt. Their service was top-notch and it shows that they really care about keeping customers happy. I've bought clothes from them a few times now and the quality is always on point. That's why I keep coming back to shop with them.
Quality Clothing, Higher Prices for Non-UK Buyers
The clothes at this store are really good quality, I have to say. But I was actually pretty disappointed when I realized that the prices for people outside of the UK are way higher, even after considering exchange rates and taxes. I tried contacting customer service to ask about why this is, but they couldn't really give me a straight answer. It's just frustrating not knowing why there's such a big difference in price. It makes me hesitant to buy from them again.
My new clothes
I just picked up some new clothes and they're really nice and well put together. The customer service was awesome too! But I kinda wish they had different lengths in the pants 'cause they're so long for shorter folks like me who are 5ft 5in or less! Gotta hem them up and it can mess with how they look.

Stylish and well-made pants
I just bought a pair of pants from this store and let me tell you, I am really impressed with how they fit and look. The pants are really well-made with cool little features like hidden zipper pockets, which I really like. But I gotta say, even though the quality is top-notch, the prices are starting to get a bit steep. They advertise themselves as offering 'affordable luxury', but to be honest, it's starting to feel less affordable for me these days. I also noticed that they hardly ever have big sales like Black Friday, which can make shopping here a bit pricey. I think having more deals or discounts would make the brand more accessible to a wider range of customers.

The clothes I bought from here are awesome - amazing quality, so comfy, and super fancy. But, eh, I had a delivery disappear recently. I gotta say, their customer service was top notch. As soon as they figured out my delivery was lost, they hurried up and sent me a new one with next day delivery. All in all, I'm really happy with my time here.

The customer service at this place was amazing. Claire really went the extra mile to help me find the right sizes and even explained how to convert US sizes to UK sizes. I was really impressed by her professionalism and patience.
Unresponsive customer service
I recently bought some stuff from this company and honestly, I'm pretty happy with what I got. But man, their customer service sucks big time. I've sent a bunch of emails and tried hitting them up on social media, but not a peep back. Like, come on, if you're gonna charge top dollar, at least take care of your customers. I even tried finding another way to get in touch, but no luck. It's just not cool, you know?

I've been a customer of yours for a long time and always loved your products. But I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my latest order. Today, only part of my third order in the past 6 months showed up, leaving the rest unfulfilled. It's frustrating that your system doesn't realize when you're out of stock, causing problems with fulfilling orders. I've been a loyal customer of this brand for a few years now and I've always loved the quality and style of their clothes. But my recent visit to their store in Marylebone was really disappointing. Ya know, when I first saw this brand, I was so excited. But when I got my hands on that cotton voile blouse I ordered, I was let down big time. Like, seriously disappointed. It was way shorter than what they said, and definitely not as loose as they described. I mean, I've got a pretty average petite body type, but that blouse just didn't fit right at all. And don't even get me started on the "true to size" claim on their site, total baloney. I tried reaching out through email to sort things out, but all I got was radio silence. Talk about adding insult to injury!

I had a pretty rough time with this store when I tried to return my dress. It's been almost three weeks and my dress is still on its way back to the store in New York, at least according to the tracking.
