Skincare products
I recently ordered some skincare products online and I was really let down with the customer service. I picked out three free samples to go with my order, but when it arrived, there were no samples in the box. I emailed the company to ask about the missing samples, but their response was not helpful at all. The customer service rep basically said I was lying and insisted that samples are always included in orders, with no choice for customers to pick their own. This lack of responsibility and understanding for their mistake really got me frustrated and disappointed. It's not the first time this has happened with companies, even Sephora has messed up orders for samples that customers carefully pick online. Even though they're free, these samples are a big part of the shopping experience for many customers, myself included. I expect better service and communication from a skincare company that I spend my money on. After this experience, I definitely won't be buying from them again because of their rude and disrespectful customer service.

I've bought a bunch of electronic gadgets from this website, and I gotta admit, I was a bit skeptical at first. But after a few orders, I gotta say, OnBuy is awesome. Even though I had a problem with one seller, the customer service team at OnBuy took care of it quickly and gave me a great solution. Flea tick meds for my cat
I ordered some flea tick meds for my cat and decided to pay for tracking my shipment. But, my order never arrived and now it seems like there's no record of it. I'm really disappointed and frustrated with the lack of transparency and honesty from this company. It's just not right to offer such lousy service and take people's money without giving them what they paid for. I'm definitely going to contact my bank to look into this and cancel the transaction. It seems like I'm not the only one dealing with these issues with this company, which is really disappointing.

Laptop
I bought a laptop from a big tech company, but ran into a hiccup with their courier service. The courier, who isn't exactly known for being reliable, didn't deliver my laptop and even pretended they did by faking a delivery confirmation. Because of that, the company claimed my laptop was delivered when it really wasn't - no signature or photo. All in all, a pretty crappy service experience.
