Dog emergency insurance
So my German shepherd had a really scary emergency and I had to rush her to the emergency room. I thought I was all set with the insurance I got from Pawp for when we travel, but when I tried to get reimbursed, it was a complete nightmare. They made it so hard for me to get my money back, even though I paid for emergency coverage! They claimed I didn't follow all the vet's advice, but I did everything they recommended. I just didn't feel right leaving my dog in a new city overnight. Save yourself the hassle and look for a different pet insurance provider instead of Pawp!
Cat supplies
I just bought some cat stuff from this company and it was a total disaster. The customer service was terrible and they won't give refunds, which is not cool. I had to complain to the BBB but still didn't get my money back. I even canceled my membership and still nothing. They told me to go to the bank to dispute the charge instead of just giving me a refund, like they don't care about their customers. My whole experience with this company was really disappointing and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
Emergency fund for elderly cat
The emergency fund was a huge relief for my old kitty who sadly is no longer with us. I really appreciate the help during a tough period.
Unauthorized charge complaint
I just found out that there was a charge on my credit card from a company I never used. I contacted their customer service for help, but the person I talked to didn't seem to care and wasn't very helpful. Even when I tried to explain what happened, they didn't want to give me a refund for the charge that wasn't supposed to be there. This whole situation made me think that this company doesn't operate in a fair way. I usually don't leave negative reviews, but I had to this time to warn others about their bad practices and customer service.
Emergency pet insurance claim
My puppy Daise was really sick, so we had to rush her to the vet in the middle of the night because she had blood in her urine. The vet did a bunch of tests, and it ended up costing a fortune, like $2,000! But when I asked Pawp to help cover the bill, they flat out said no! They were all like, "Sorry, it's against our policy." What a total rip-off! I've been a loyal customer for over 3 years, and this is how they treat me? Not cool, Pawp, not cool at all. I even tried reaching out to their support, but haven't gotten a response. They don't even have a working phone number! I'm so angry, I'm gonna report them to the AG and BBB. Pawp, you're such a scammer!
Emergency pet insurance
I had a big emergency with my pet not too long ago and I was really let down by the service I got. They wouldn't help cover the costs, saying it wasn't serious enough to be an emergency. I really suggest not using this service if you want to take good care of your furry friend. It's better to go with a more trustworthy provider like Lemonade or Nationwide instead.
Emergency veterinarian visit for diabetic dog
I had insurance with that company for about three years, eh. But when my dog got diagnosed with diabetes, I had to rush him to the vet, and they didn't cover it, even though I did everything by the book, you know? Right away, I phoned a vet from the company, and took my dog in for treatment within the right time frame. But PAWP didn't come through with their coverage. Being a good pet owner, I cancelled my membership and think others should look for more reliable insurance, eh. The emergency fund policy has so many conditions and exclusions, it's obvious that PAWP can deny coverage for any reason, no matter what the situation, eh.
Emergency pet care
I was so scared on a walk with my 9 year old dog when another dog attacked her. She had bad wounds and was bleeding, which really freaked me out. Luckily, Courtney from the pet care service I reached out to was super helpful and made me feel a lot better. She gave me important advice on how to deal with the situation and what to do next. She helped me calm down and concentrate on getting my dog the help she needed.
Insurance disaster
I had a really bad experience trying to get help with my insurance from this company. They were impossible to reach when I needed them the most. Their website didn't help at all, and when I tried calling, I couldn't get through to anyone. I was super frustrated because I really needed assistance, and they just weren't there for me. Definitely wouldn't recommend getting insurance from them, such a disappointment!
Quick and courteous customer service
The customer service rep was sooo helpful, eh. They were there for me even late at night, always makin' sure I had what I needed. They asked all the right questions and gave me all the info to calm my nerves. It was a really great experience, gotta say.
Emergency vet consultation
My dog got a cut near his eye late at night and all the normal vets were closed. Luckily, Pawp was there to help with fast and efficient service. In no time, I was chatting with a friendly and knowledgeable vet who correctly identified it as just a pimple. This saved us from a costly emergency vet trip and a lot of worry. I definitely suggest Pawp to other pet parents seeking affordable and trustworthy vet guidance.
Emergency vet care for injured dog
I recently had to rush my dog to the vet for an injury, and I spoke to a licensed vet tech over video call who approved the treatment. I sent in a request for emergency funds along with the vet receipt. However, Pawp didn't accept the receipt and asked for my dog's full medical history and detailed vet notes within a week. My vet couldn't get back to me in time since I was in NYC for my own treatment, so Pawp didn't help with the $741 bill. Despite being with Pawp for 5 years, they didn't budge on their "NO EXCEPTIONS" policy, saying they needed to help other clients.
Decision-making assistance
I've found Pawp to be super helpful in making decisions about my pet's health. The folks I talked to were really smart and caring, asking all the right questions to really get what's going on with my pet. They gave me a bunch of info that let me try some stuff at home before shelling out for a vet visit. I really appreciate all the help and support Pawp has given me in looking after my pet.
Emergency vet fund
The customer service at PAWP is top-notch, I gotta say. When I had a question, they got back to me real quick and knew their stuff. They helped me out with my problem and walked me through everything smoothly. PAWP really made a tough situation a lot easier and I appreciate their help. The coverage they gave me was a big relief and I definitely suggest checking out what they offer.
Emergency Fund Claim
This company is just awful! I signed up for their Emergency Fund, followed all the rules exactly to make sure I would get reimbursed, but nope, they denied my claim for no reason. It's like they always find ways to deny claims, whether they say it wasn't a real emergency, claim I didn't contact them, or accuse me of not sending the right paperwork on time. Even though I did everything they asked when my dog was in an emergency and sent in all the necessary documents promptly, they still denied my claim. I'm going to report them to every government agency possible! They claim to be a pet insurance company, but they are just a scam. Don't get fooled like I did.
Subscription with Protection Plan
Oh my goodness, this subscription with the Protection Plan has been absolutely amazing for my pets. I got a free year's subscription and decided to add the Protection Plan, and I am so glad I did. My lab puppy got aspiration pneumonia from trying to eat a sprinkler stream (labs can be a bit silly sometimes). I reached out through the online app and they quickly advised me to take her to the vet. After a pricey vet visit that came to $1400, I sent all the necessary paperwork to Pawp. In just a week, they put the money right into my checking account. This subscription and Protection Plan have truly been a godsend, and I would recommend it to all pet owners out there.
Quick and helpful Live Chat advice
The Live Chat feature is awesome for pet care. I got some super helpful advice and info from a vet real quick. They asked lots of questions and covered all my worries. Only downside was not knowing when I was up next to chat with the vet, which was a bit annoying.
Insurance purchase for pet emergencies
This company is a total rip-off! I've been paying for insurance for my dog for 3 years, and when he had another emergency, they denied my claim. They said I waited too long to seek treatment, even though I did everything they told me to. The policy is so unclear that they can deny any claim they feel like. Don't bother spending your money here!
Vet bill denial
I can't believe how bold this company is! I'm stuck with a $1700 vet bill because they wouldn't give me a refund. They're saying my 13-year-old beagle didn't go to the vet soon enough. How was I supposed to know that his throwing up meant something serious? We waited ten days fretting before finally going to the vet, only to hear it was probably cancer. Would it have changed anything if we went sooner? Who can say, but it's cruel and unjust to deny me a refund in this situation.
Lifesaver for my pets
Pawp has made a huge difference for me and my pets! They've been a lifesaver when it comes to dealing with my pets' health issues, like surgeries, bladder crystals, UTIs, and URIs. The staff is always there for me, no matter the time or how many questions I have. The vet techs and veterinarians are so caring and thorough in their help. Thanks to Pawp, I've saved a lot of time and money on vet visits because of the excellent care they provide. They even follow up to see how my pets are doing. Seriously, Pawp is the best service ever for my furry buddies, everyone on the site is amazing!
