I thought TaskRabbit was way too pricey because of all the extra fees they tack on, especially that happiness pledge fee they charge by the hour. I mean, I do like how reliable the platform is compared to other options, but it just wasn't within my budget, you know?

I signed up my kid for an online program to learn English, and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how good the lessons are and how they personalize them with actual English speakers. The interactive games and stuff make it fun for my kid and keeps them interested and wanting to learn more. I had to complain to the BBB but still didn't get my money back. I even canceled my membership and still nothing. They told me to go to the bank to dispute the charge instead of just giving me a refund, like they don't care about their customers. My whole experience with this company was really disappointing and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

Sorry, eh, but I got a steelbook that's all scratched up. So I contacted customer service and sent some pics, but they said they couldn't replace it 'cause it's all sold out. I'm really let down by that. Returning it has been a huge pain - the link they gave me was wonky, so I had to get my son to sort it out. And even then, it wouldn't take my postal code. This whole thing has been pretty stressful for me 'cause I'm not the best with tech stuff. Hopefully leaving this review will help me get some better help.

I just bought 4 things from the online store recently. Excited at first, but had to return 3 of them. The company's International returns policy was pretty disappointing, especially for us Canadians. No shipping labels for returns, just drop off at Landmark Global and hope for the best. Super frustrating! Past bad experiences with U.S. online shops and their return policies, now definitely sticking to Amazon. Express needs to listen to their customer reviews, they show a lot of unhappy customers.
