Disappointing experience
I used to really like this company for their great selection of clothes, but things changed when they hiked up their prices. Their stock got really limited, so I couldn't find stuff I wanted. And to top it off, they kept sending me random items instead of what I actually picked out. The customer service wasn't helpful either, they just gave me robotic replies and didn't fix the problems. It was so frustrating, I felt like they didn't care about me as a customer. Finally, I had enough when they tried sending me the wrong item even though the one I wanted was suddenly available again. I won't be shopping there again because of their lack of care and attention to detail.

Outdoor security cameras purchase
I bought those outdoor security cameras from this company about 14 months ago. But you know what? They stopped supporting the system pretty quickly and then just shut it down altogether. So frustrating! I tried to contact customer service for help, but they couldn't figure out how to get the cameras working again. It's really disappointing to see a company drop the ball like that, especially when they used to be on eBay. It's a real letdown.
