VPS hosting purchase
I used to think this hosting company was great, but now it's the worst. Every time I have a problem and tell them, they just say to go find a website developer. There's one agent, Binil, who's okay, but the others are terrible. I really hate this company and can't wait to switch to something better! I pay a lot for my VPS hosting, and my website got hacked, but all they said was to find a developer. It's so annoying! They used to be helpful before, but not anymore. Even moving from shared hosting to VPS is a disaster. They won't even do the transfer for you now, saying they don't support it. They'd rather help new customers than the ones who have been loyal. Ugh, I can't stand you!

Birthday gift delivery
So, I had to send this really important birthday gift to my best friend in another country, and I only remembered it a day and a half before her birthday. I was freaking out, but then I found this amazing place that could deliver it really quickly. And you know what? It arrived right on her birthday! She was so happy, and I was like, phew, crisis averted.

Emergency vet care for injured dog
I recently had to rush my dog to the vet for an injury, and I spoke to a licensed vet tech over video call who approved the treatment. I sent in a request for emergency funds along with the vet receipt. However, Pawp didn't accept the receipt and asked for my dog's full medical history and detailed vet notes within a week. My vet couldn't get back to me in time since I was in NYC for my own treatment, so Pawp didn't help with the $741 bill. Despite being with Pawp for 5 years, they didn't budge on their "NO EXCEPTIONS" policy, saying they needed to help other clients.

My order was a nightmare
Oh my goodness, I swear I am never ordering from here again! I was so excited to order this awesome thing online, but it was a complete disaster. The customer service was totally clueless, saying things like "I don't know," and my order seemed to disappear into thin air during delivery. I ended up having to make a trip to my bank just to get everything sorted out. Can you believe it? Such a huge fail!

Buggy website and bad customer service and shipping
I tried to order some cool stuff online, but the website was messing up with the payment. Finally, after a long time, I managed to place my order. However, when it arrived, the box looked like it had been run over by a truck. The jar I bought was all scratched up, which was definitely not cool. I tried emailing them about it, but I haven't heard back from them in a whole week!

I've been using this service since early 2021 and I think it's really worth it. The domains are super useful and the community is always buzzing on social media, especially Twitter. I love how everyone is so engaged and posts helpful stuff. Honestly, I can't think of any complaints about my experience with this service.

Tech tools purchase
As a long-time user of this tech tool, I have to say, it's been a pretty good option for what I need. I mostly use it for basic stuff like taking screenshots and creating simple diagrams for my tech documentation. It's not super fancy, but it does the job without major issues. On the flip side, their other product has been a bit frustrating. The video editing software has caused me some problems with random black screens and files that are way too big. Plus, having to re-link media every time I move a project is a pain. But for basic video production, it's still okay. Customer support has been a mixed bag for me - sometimes they're helpful, sometimes they leave you hanging.
