I used to think this hosting company was great, but now it's the worst. Every time I have a problem and tell them, they just say to go find a website developer. There's one agent, Binil, who's okay, but the others are terrible. I really hate this company and can't wait to switch to something better! I pay a lot for my VPS hosting, and my website got hacked, but all they said was to find a developer. It's so annoying! They used to be helpful before, but not anymore. Even moving from shared hosting to VPS is a disaster. They won't even do the transfer for you now, saying they don't support it. They'd rather help new customers than the ones who have been loyal. Ugh, I can't stand you!

So, I had to send this really important birthday gift to my best friend in another country, and I only remembered it a day and a half before her birthday. I was freaking out, but then I found this amazing place that could deliver it really quickly. And you know what? It arrived right on her birthday! She was so happy, and I was like, phew, crisis averted.

I recently had to rush my dog to the vet for an injury, and I spoke to a licensed vet tech over video call who approved the treatment. I sent in a request for emergency funds along with the vet receipt. However, Pawp didn't accept the receipt and asked for my dog's full medical history and detailed vet notes within a week. My vet couldn't get back to me in time since I was in NYC for my own treatment, so Pawp didn't help with the $741 bill. Despite being with Pawp for 5 years, they didn't budge on their "NO EXCEPTIONS" policy, saying they needed to help other clients.

Oh my goodness, I swear I am never ordering from here again! I was so excited to order this awesome thing online, but it was a complete disaster. The customer service was totally clueless, saying things like "I don't know," and my order seemed to disappear into thin air during delivery. I ended up having to make a trip to my bank just to get everything sorted out. Can you believe it? Such a huge fail!
