Knife set
I picked up a new knife set from your store not long ago, and let me tell you, I am seriously impressed with how good these knives are. They feel great in my hand, and the blades are incredibly sharp. I've been using them for a few weeks and they've made cooking so much better.
Pan handle broke after one use
I bought this fancy, expensive pan, used it once, and the handle just snapped off, eh! I tried to leave a review on their website, but they deleted it, eh! So here I am, telling you all about it. I mean, isn't the whole point of reviews to let people know about REAL experiences, good or bad, eh? And now I'm here warning you all about what happened to me, eh!
Cookware set purchase
I recently bought a cookware set from the store and had some issues with it. First, I tried to reach out to customer service through their website but didn't get any response. Then I called them four times, but two of the calls got cut off unexpectedly. This lack of communication really let me down. On top of that, the pans in the set had glue marks from the labels in the middle of them that wouldn't come off, even after following the cleaning instructions carefully. I've tried contacting them multiple times through their contact page, giving all the necessary info like order numbers, but still no luck. The unprofessionalism and lack of customer service is just not okay and has left me feeling really frustrated and unsatisfied with the whole situation.
Cookware set
I ordered this cookware set online thinking it would be a great Christmas gift. But when it arrived, the package looked like it had been run over by a reindeer or something! I tried calling customer service a bunch of times to get a refund. It took them a whopping two months to finally give me my $500 back! Can you believe that? Do they think I'm made of money or what? Dealing with their customer service was like talking to a robot that only knows how to say sorry but can't actually solve anything. They seriously need to up their game, it's just not cool.
Poultry shears
I just bought a pair of poultry shears from this company and I gotta say, they're pretty amazing. The quality is top-notch and they've made my kitchen life so much easier. The customer service was really great, especially from a guy named John Trevino. He was super knowledgeable, polite, and really went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The shears themselves are tough and can handle just about anything I need 'em to cut through.
My order was a nightmare
Oh my goodness, I swear I am never ordering from here again! I was so excited to order this awesome thing online, but it was a complete disaster. The customer service was totally clueless, saying things like "I don't know," and my order seemed to disappear into thin air during delivery. I ended up having to make a trip to my bank just to get everything sorted out. Can you believe it? Such a huge fail!
Frying pan set for induction
I just got a new set of frying pans that were supposed to work on my induction stovetop. But when I unwrapped them, turns out they weren't compatible at all. So, I sent them back and waited forever to get my money back. I even reached out to a manager by email about the long wait, but got no answer. Finally, I did get my refund, but the whole thing was a huge hassle and letdown.
Nail cutter purchase
I bought a nail cutter from your store to replace my old one. Sadly, the new one isn't doing a good job - it's breaking my nails instead of cutting them. I emailed your customer service team about this two days after getting the product, but I haven't heard anything back after sending three more emails. I'm not happy with the nail cutter or the lack of response from customer service. It's kind of disrespectful to us customers.
Got knives
I ordered these really awesome knives online and was so pumped to use them. But then they said they were out of stock even though they were still available, just not on sale. It's ridiculous! I noticed other folks had the same issue. Huge companies like this should be more organized, why make me wait a month to tell me they're out of stock when they're not?! I'm definitely not buying from there again!
Late Christmas gift
I ordered a Christmas gift for my mom, eh, but it didn't show up until March! I sent them an email to find out what was going on, and they just kept making excuses. I finally got my money back, but man, it was not worth all the hassle.
Faulty personal blender
I just bought a personal blender and I was bummed when it crapped out on me right after I got it. This actually happened to me before with the same product. It's annoying and not worth the cash. I was hoping for better quality, especially coming from a country known for its products.
Purchased Staub cookware
I've always had such a great experience with this brand. The quality of their products is top-notch, and they really make cooking fun and simple. Their cast iron cookware is especially amazing and I would definitely suggest it to anyone wanting to step up their cooking game.
Damaged delivery, missing item
I ordered a knife set and when it showed up, it was in rough shape - the knives were poking through the packaging! On top of that, one of the items was missing. When I reached out to customer service, they weren't very helpful and didn't get back to me. I asked to speak to a manager, but all they gave me was a reference number. I'm pretty let down by the service and the lack of attention to detail.

My experience with this brand was so frustrating. It felt like every single part of it was just trying to make my life harder. First, they kept asking me for videos and all these pointless questions that had nothing to do with what I bought. It just felt like a big waste of my time and energy, especially since I like things to be quick and easy.

I was grateful for them trying to fix the problem, but I was bummed when the same thing happened with my replacement knife after a few months.
Cutlery set and kitchen utensils
The customer service I got was really disappointing. I spent a lot of money on their products, but they didn't meet my expectations. The knives chipped easily and the utensils fell apart because of a manufacturing issue. When I asked for help from customer service, all I got were apologies and excuses, no real solutions. It seemed like they cared more about making money than making customers happy. I definitely don't recommend buying their products because you'll end up feeling frustrated and let down by the lack of support and warranty. It's just not worth it for the poor quality and lack of customer service.
Induction stovetop frying pans
I gotta say, I was so disappointed with those induction stovetop frying pans I bought back in November. I ordered 2 sets of 3 pans, but ended up getting the wrong ones that didn't even work with my cookware. I tried calling and emailing multiple times to get the right set, but in February, I got the same wrong pans again, plus a free gift. The lack of attention to detail and the poor customer service really got me frustrated and inconvenienced.
Defective kettle purchase
I just bought a kettle online, eh, but the handle ended up cracking after only a month of use. I tried contacting customer service through their website a few times, but didn't hear back. Finally got a hold of them on the phone, and they told me to send the kettle back. But now, I haven't heard anything since then. It's pretty disappointing how they're not keeping me in the loop, ya know?
Non-functioning kitchen knife set
I bought a new kitchen knife set recently but it turned out to be a dud. I reached out to customer service, sent them pics and explained the problem in detail, but all I got was empty promises and no fix to the issue. It feels like they're dragging their feet on purpose to avoid dealing with it. So, I had to take things into my own hands and lodge a complaint with my credit card company to get my money back.
