ServiceI recently bought a cookware set from the store and had some issues with it. First, I tried to reach out to customer service through their website but didn't get any response. Then I called them four times, but two of the calls got cut off unexpectedly. This lack of communication really let me down. On top of that, the pans in the set had glue marks from the labels in the middle of them that wouldn't come off, even after following the cleaning instructions carefully. I've tried contacting them multiple times through their contact page, giving all the necessary info like order numbers, but still no luck. The unprofessionalism and lack of customer service is just not okay and has left me feeling really frustrated and unsatisfied with the whole situation.
