CommunicationI bought a nail cutter from your store to replace my old one. Sadly, the new one isn't doing a good job - it's breaking my nails instead of cutting them. I emailed your customer service team about this two days after getting the product, but I haven't heard anything back after sending three more emails. I'm not happy with the nail cutter or the lack of response from customer service. It's kind of disrespectful to us customers.
