I just bought this software and honestly, it was a total disaster. The software itself is not bad, but trying to install it and deal with the license keys was a complete nightmare. I wouldn't suggest getting anything from them at all.

I got this video editor to make some awesome videos for my YouTube channel, but holy smokes, the newest version just keeps crashing on my computer! I've got all these great ideas for videos, but every time I try to edit one, it just freezes and crashes. Thankfully, I can still use the older version which works fine, but I shelled out money for the new one, so why isn't it working right?! Plus, TechSmith is totally ignoring my complaints on the forum, like seriously, I paid for this and they're not even paying attention to me. Not cool, eh.
Account management issues
I had a lot of problems managing my account with this service, eh? I couldn't delete my account and kept getting annoying spam notifications from old posts, which really sucked. I contacted customer support several times, but they couldn't fix anything. I suggest avoiding this service and looking for something with better account management options.
Software upgrade purchases
I've been using software upgrades from this company for over three years now and I gotta say, I'm pretty hooked on them. I use the latest versions almost all the time for my work and they're a game-changer. When I got the upgrade in 2019, I ran into some crashes, but the support team was amazing. I bought some video editing software from this company and honestly, it's been a huge letdown. They said it was the newest version and would be super reliable, but I've had so many problems with it crashing and not even letting me open my projects. It's been a big waste of money and time for me. They promised it would work better, but it's just made things harder for me. I wish I'd gone with a different software instead of this one.

The flowers they have are just so, so nice! I can always find something different for a gift, they really have the best selection. They're fresh and really pretty, and the prices are fair too. Oh, and they always deliver on time, super reliable.
Technical Support Experience
I had the most frustrating time dealing with technical support. The support section of the website was a total nightmare. I had no idea if my request even went through, and when I got an email asking me to make a password and log in to see my request, that was just the final straw. The "my ticket" tab was useless since it didn't display any current requests, and the chat support widget just kept spinning without getting me anywhere. It was a terrible experience with their support website.

8-year customer, needing help to re-activate account on new device
I've been using Camtasia and Snaggit for about 8 years now and they are amazing! But then my computer crashed. I contacted customer support to try and transfer my account to a new device, but I didn't have all the right information - oops! The support team was incredible, they were quick, clear, and just awesome. Shoutout to Mark for being the real MVP and sorting everything out. Thanks, dude!
Trading platform review
The trading platform has a great selection of instruments to choose from, and the spreads are really good. It seems like they thought about everyone when designing it, with a personal cabinet full of useful information for all levels of traders. It's easy to use and navigate, so no complaints there. I haven't had any problems with the platform, which shows how reliable and efficient it is. The only thing is that withdrawals to the bank might take a bit longer, but that's probably just the bank's fault. Overall, I definitely recommend this platform for its cool features and smooth user experience.

I was so pumped to try out this screen capture software, eh? I heard amazing stuff about it! But man, my experience turned out to be a total bummer. The program just kept crashing, so I couldn't get anything done, y'know? I tried to make it work for weeks, but eventually threw in the towel and switched to a different one.

The video tutorial creation software I bought has been super helpful in making sure we don't lose all the knowledge from our long-time employees when they retire. It makes it easy to create tutorials so new employees can easily access and understand important processes and info. I really like how easy it is to use and how quick the help desk is at assisting with any issues.

But we were super let down when TechSmith erased all our videos out of the blue, even though teachers were using them a lot. The lack of communication and help from TechSmith was not cool, and we had to rush to find a new place to host our content.

I just bought this awesome screen capture and screenshot app from TechSmith and I gotta say, I'm loving it! It's so easy to use and has a ton of great features that help me make top-notch screenshots and training videos. I use it for all sorts of things, from quick edits to big projects. Plus, with the maintenance agreement, I always get the newest updates, which is super helpful. I definitely recommend these apps to anyone who needs reliable and efficient tools for screen capture and editing.
Snagit and Camtasia
I just bought the Snagit and Camtasia tools and I gotta say, they've been really handy for what I need. Snagit is awesome for grabbing screenshots and making graphics for our help center, and Camtasia is perfect for editing webinar recordings. Though, I've noticed that both programs tend to crash and have some bugs from time to time. Luckily, I found that just closing the program completely and reopening it on my computer usually fixes the problem.
Subscription to a digital storage service
I'm pretty happy with the service I get from this company. They send me regular updates and keep in touch through email, which is great for keeping me in the loop about any policy updates so I don't lose any important files. Their digital storage service has been super useful for me, allowing me to save a ton of articles and notes that I need for my work. The $10 monthly fee seems fair for the quality of service I get. I've been a happy customer for years and plan to keep using their services in the future.
