Heels
I recently bought a pair of heels from this store. Unfortunately, I messed up and gave the wrong shipping address, which caused a little issue in getting my delivery. But, I reached out to their customer service team late at night to fix my mistake. To my surprise, they got back to me right away the next morning and helped me update the shipping address. I was really impressed by how quick and helpful they were in solving the problem. Thanks to their fast response, I got my package in just 2-3 days. All in all, I'm happy with the service from this company and would recommend them to others.

Easy to find and purchase desired ride.
I really liked the website, it was super easy to use and find what I was looking for. I found the ride I wanted with no problem and quickly bought my ticket. Everything went smoothly and it was all thanks to how well the site was designed with user experience in mind. I wasn't sure about changing seats at first, but I was able to pick out my seats and coach without any trouble.

Snagit and Camtasia
I just bought the Snagit and Camtasia tools and I gotta say, they've been really handy for what I need. Snagit is awesome for grabbing screenshots and making graphics for our help center, and Camtasia is perfect for editing webinar recordings. Though, I've noticed that both programs tend to crash and have some bugs from time to time. Luckily, I found that just closing the program completely and reopening it on my computer usually fixes the problem.
