I recently got a subscription that lets me make and share interactive educational videos for my organization. We used these videos to keep students interested and help them learn better. But we were super let down when TechSmith erased all our videos out of the blue, even though teachers were using them a lot. The lack of communication and help from TechSmith was not cool, and we had to rush to find a new place to host our content.
