Recent online purchase
So I bought something online not too long ago and man, was I disappointed with how long it took to ship. I ordered it on September 26th and they told me it wouldn't get here until October 26th. Now, I get it, living in Canada means things can take a bit longer to ship, but waiting a whole month for a package is just not cool, especially since I've gotten stuff from other companies way quicker. Their whole spiel about international shipping didn't cut it for me, so I'm definitely not buying from them online again.
Ordered Christmas gifts
OMG, eh! So, like, never ever order from this site, okay? Like, I was so pumped to order some Christmas gifts in November, right? And the website was all, "Yeah, we have that in stock, no problem!" But you know what? They totally lied! They took my money, didn't have my stuff, and then just ignored me when I tried to get my order. Like, hello? Customer service, where you at? More like, customer disservice! They messed me around, gave me a fake tracking number, and then just hung up on me! Rude, eh? Finally, after I got my bank involved, they decided to refund me. But honestly, this place is the worst, okay? Do yourself a solid and just don't even bother. Trust me, eh.
Cool t-shirts
Spencer's is the best place to find cool gifts, party stuff, or treats for yourself. Whenever my family goes shopping there, we always have a good time, especially checking out the t-shirts. The store has a nice vibe and the staff are always friendly, which makes our visits really fun.
Glow in the dark t-shirt and lava lamp
Oh man, I gotta tell you about this store I ordered from. I got this super cool glow in the dark t-shirt and a lava lamp, but it was a total nightmare. I bought them online and it took forever for them to show up. And when they finally did, the shirt was way too small and the lamp was busted. I called customer service, and all they did was give me the run around! They said my package was probably lost and just told me to keep waiting. Like, come on, I just want my stuff now!

Defective merchandise
Hey everyone, I just gotta talk about my experience with this company. I bought some stuff that turned out to be junk, and I've been trying to get my money back for 2 months now. Every time I contact their head office, they give me the runaround and promise a refund that never actually happens. They even sent me an email saying my refund was good to go and should've been in my account by now, but then they turned around and asked for more details to "speed up the refund process." What a load of garbage, eh? This company is a joke.
Taxed and separated shipped merchandise
I bought something from this company not too long ago, and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with how everything turned out. They sent my stuff in two separate shipments, which meant I got charged twice on my bank statement. It was all so confusing, having these charges pop up days apart. If I hadn't been keeping a close eye on my account, it could have easily messed up my budget and caused some real money problems.
Whirlpool washer and dryer set
I bought a washer and dryer set from this store and was supposed to get a $100 rebate. Turns out, it was all a big scam. I never got the rebate and the washer's drain pump broke soon after I bought it. The stuff they sell here is crappy and the store's promises are all lies.
Nose ring
So, I bought this nose ring from that shop and man, I was so let down by the quality. Like, once it was in my nose, the ring didn't even close properly, so what was the point, eh? Plus, the price was way too steep for something that didn't even do its job right. Overall, I was not happy with my purchase, eh.

I went shopping at Spencer's recently and I had a really good time, both in-store and online. I saw a bunch of stuff that I liked and it all seemed to be pretty good quality. However, when it arrived, the box looked like it had been run over by a truck. The jar I bought was all scratched up, which was definitely not cool. I ordered something online but haven't heard anything about it since. I've called customer service tons of times, but all I got was snarky comments and no real help. I kept asking to cancel the order, but they wouldn't let me and just lied about how long it would take. It's been more than two weeks and still nothing. Oh my goodness, I really wish there was a way to give zero stars because Spencer's completely messed up my glow-in-the-dark slime order. I mean, I placed the order online after seeing it was in stock on their website, right? But then they cancelled it the next day, claiming it was out of stock. Not only that, they fibbed and said they didn't charge me, yet I clearly saw the charge on my PayPal account. I've been going back and forth through emails for over a week now and still haven't received my refund. Spencer's is seriously the worst, do yourself a favor and avoid buying from them!
Silicon Back Scrubber
I recently bought a silicone back scrubber from here last month, but it was a bummer because I tore my rotator cuff and couldn't even use it! I emailed them and they responded really quickly. The guy was so nice and said he would give me a full refund! That's awesome, they really care about their customers!
Unique gift items
I went to Spencer's as a customer recently and honestly, I wasn't impressed with how things went down. They've got some really cool gift stuff there, but the service was seriously lacking. The staff seemed a bit bored and didn't really know much about what they were selling. I had to keep asking for help and when I finally got some, the info was still pretty vague. And don't get me started on the prices - some things were way too expensive compared to other places. I did in-store pickup for my order and man, it took forever. All in all, my time at Spencer's was pretty disappointing.
Overnight shipping purchase.
I recently bought something from this shop that I really needed right away. I chose to have it delivered overnight so I could get it within 24 hours. But the item ended up taking 4 days to arrive, which was not okay at all. Even though I paid a lot for overnight shipping, the company didn't come through on their end of the deal. I was super disappointed with the service I got and felt like my order wasn't a priority to them. When I contacted customer service, they were not helpful at all and didn't fix the problem. It's really too bad to see a company that I used to like mess up so badly when I needed them the most. Not being clear about shipping policies and having bad customer service has made me not like this store anymore. I wouldn't recommend buying from them if you need fast shipping because they don't keep their promises.
Backpack
I just bought a backpack online and paid extra for overnight shipping to get it quicker. But man, I was so let down with how the shipping went. I shelled out a bunch of money for the shipping, almost as much as the backpack itself, and still, the estimated delivery date was a bust. The order confirmation said it was shipped, but there was no tracking info at first. When I finally got a tracking number, turns out the backpack hadn't even been picked up by the carrier on the supposed delivery day. It didn't ship until Tuesday and was supposed to arrive on Thursday, which ended up taking a whole 6 days instead of overnight like they promised.
