CommunicationI ordered something online but haven't heard anything about it since. I've called customer service tons of times, but all I got was snarky comments and no real help. I kept asking to cancel the order, but they wouldn't let me and just lied about how long it would take. It's been more than two weeks and still nothing. This whole no communication and useless customer service thing is driving me crazy.
