Spencer's - Reviews and experiences

Hey everyone, I just gotta talk about my experience with this company. I bought some stuff that turned out to be junk, and I've been trying to get my money back for 2 months now. Every time I contact their head office, they give me the runaround and promise a refund that never actually happens. They even sent me an email saying my refund was good to go and should've been in my account by now, but then they turned around and asked for more details to "speed up the refund process." What a load of garbage, eh? This company is a joke.

Oh my goodness, I really wish there was a way to give zero stars because Spencer's completely messed up my glow-in-the-dark slime order. I mean, I placed the order online after seeing it was in stock on their website, right? But then they cancelled it the next day, claiming it was out of stock. Not only that, they fibbed and said they didn't charge me, yet I clearly saw the charge on my PayPal account. I've been going back and forth through emails for over a week now and still haven't received my refund. Spencer's is seriously the worst, do yourself a favor and avoid buying from them!

I recently bought a silicone back scrubber from here last month, but it was a bummer because I tore my rotator cuff and couldn't even use it! I emailed them and they responded really quickly. The guy was so nice and said he would give me a full refund! That's awesome, they really care about their customers!
