Unreceived order, Poor customer service
I bought some stuff two months back, but I still haven't got everything I ordered. I emailed customer service about it, and they said my order was delivered, which it definitely wasn't. So, I tried calling their customer service line for help. But every time I called, I was put on hold for a long time, and then the call just got cut off before I could talk to anyone. It was so frustrating and unprofessional.

I've been trying to put in an online order for a whole week now, but I keep running into problem after problem. Every time I think it's fixed, I come back the next day and it's the same issue all over again. So frustrating! I finally got fed up and decided to call customer service for help. I tried everything they suggested, and even followed the advice from their IT department - restarting my modem, laptop, deleting cookies & data, switching browsers, not using promo codes, and separating my order from the personalized kids water bottle. But no matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't get past that last step to finish my order.

Ya, so I ordered some really awesome custom M&M's for my friend's birthday bash and they turned out so cool! The choices were great and the prices were pretty reasonable too. The only thing that annoyed me was that I couldn't use my billing address as the delivery address 'cause there was always some error showing up. But other than that, everything was really awesome!

But when I found out I have a breathing issue, and had to stay home with this big ol' oxygen machine, I felt like all the fun was taken away from me. But then I discovered these portable oxygen gadgets and did some digging. I ended up getting a super lightweight portable one and a home oxygen machine from this company. Such a great experience! I'll for sure use this service again. The shuttle was fast and the driver was super friendly. The hotel staff was really helpful, and the hotel itself was amazing. Having a grab n go shop to grab a quick microwave meal and snack was so convenient, I didn't have to order in or go out.

As a customer, it's crucial to know what you're getting, and in this situation, not having clear images made it tough to make a smart choice.
