Purchase - Reliable and efficient
I've tried a bunch of different services before, but none of them really came through like they said they would. So I decided to give this service a shot. Right after I got it, I ran into a problem with my webpage not loading. Luckily, my man Thomas York was there to save the day. He walked me through some troubleshooting steps until we figured out the problem - turns out there was a firewall blockin' the port. Once we got that sorted, everything started workin' perfectly. The features are top-notch, and the fact that they handled the installation for me was a huge plus. On top of all that, the price is way more affordable than other services I've used. Definitely worth more than what I paid, that's for sure.

Misleading advertisement
I was really let down by the services of this company. The app or service they offered didn't work like they said it would. They claimed you could monitor text messages and social media from any web browser, but that wasn't true. Instead, they told us to use AnyTrans, which didn't even need the services from this company. It seemed like they were trying to trick people into buying their services with false promises. When I talked to customer service about it, they just gave a weak response, with a generic apology for not updating their website.

Total rip-off! They snuck in an extra fee on my account without asking and wouldn't give me my money back. Stay away unless you want to get scammed.

Ultimate package for child's phone
I was really looking forward to trying out the best option for my child's first phone, you know, for safety. But, things took a bad turn real quick when I found out that I had to give their company full access to my computer just to use the app. I care a lot about my privacy, so I said no and asked for other ways to make it work. Even though I was ready to chat with their agent and figure things out, they wouldn't budge and asked for three times the price they first advertised. And on top of all that, they wouldn't even give me a refund. It's really disappointing to see a company still doing shady stuff like this nowadays. I've decided to take legal action because for me, it's more than just the money, it's about respect and principles when it comes to privacy.
Faulty app, slow updates
I recently got this app and it worked properly for about a week, then it just stopped working. And when it was actually working, it took more than 24 hours to update the data and the info wasn't even complete. The GPS location was way off and the updates were super slow. I messed up by paying for a 3-month subscription right away instead of just getting a 1-month one to try it out. I definitely suggest checking out other options and doing some good research before committing to any of these types of apps. It's better to start with a one-month subscription and see if their claims on their websites hold up before you keep going. Personally, I won't be using this company/app again.
