My experience with this company was really disappointing. I thought I was going to get a good monitoring software, but it was a total flop. Even though I tried to fix the problems, the software just wouldn't work. When I asked for my money back, they said no and didn't offer any real solutions. They totally ignored my rights as a customer to get a refund for a product that doesn't work. This kind of behavior is just not okay, it feels like a scam. I suggest staying away from this company and finding a more reliable option with good customer service and a fair refund policy.

I bought some joint supplements for my old dog from Muscle & Strength recently. When the package came, I got a totally different order - slippers, a Disney watch, and bangles. I contacted customer service right away. They were nice, but it took a lot of back and forth to sort things out. I did get a refund eventually, but it would've been easier if they read my messages properly from the start. This mix-up has me thinking twice about ordering from Muscle & Strength again. I still wonder who got my dog's supplements.
