I gotta say, that rapid rehydration solution I got from this company? It was a total game-changer for me, eh. I recently snagged some sheets from this company and let me tell you, I am seriously blown away by the quality. These sheets are not only gorgeous but also super comfy. I've never slept better! The cute little flaps on the pillowcases are a nice detail that really ups the whole look and feel of the bedding. I loved them so much that I bought a set for a friend's birthday too.

Screen protectors
The screen protectors were highly recommended, so I decided to buy some from the website. However, when I tried to use a discount voucher for first-time buyers, the code didn't work. I reached out to live chat for help, and found out that the discount wasn't valid in the UK. They did apologize though, and gave me a £10 credit. Later on, I got an email asking me to rate my live chat experience, which I did positively. In return, they gave me a 20% voucher that also didn't work. The £10 credit wasn't applying to my purchase, which was frustrating. When I contacted customer service, the calls kept getting disconnected and they weren't helpful at all.

Comfortable mask, broke
I bought this mask thinking it would be a good choice for now, but I was let down. The nose piece broke after just a bit of use, and the company's reply was not good. They only had a short 14-day guarantee, and didn't provide any fixes or replacements for the faulty mask. At $19 each, I was hoping for better quality and service. Also, I'm worried that the masks are made in Vietnam, but didn't get a clear answer on where they're sent from. Overall, not happy with this company.

Duvet with button closure
This duvet with button closure was terrible quality! Right when I started using it, the buttons started falling off. I contacted customer service, and all they suggested was giving me a measly $25 to fix it myself. In just a few months, every single button on the duvet fell off. I am so disappointed with the lousy craftsmanship and lack of quality control.

Harrington Jacket
I just bought a Harrington Jacket from this company and it honestly wasn't a great time. It took forever for them to ship it to me, and when I reached out to customer service to send it back because it was so bad, they never got back to me. The whole lack of communication and customer service really got on my nerves and let me down.
