Recent return lost in transit
I recently had a return go missing while it was being shipped, so I contacted the company for help. I was really impressed with how quickly and efficiently they sorted out my problem. It's frustrating to see the courier system messing up for good companies like this one, which are really doing their best to offer great service. This is now actually the second time in a row that I've had returns go missing, and I've also had a delivery disappear from three different orders within the past month. It's not just G-Star that's had issues, it seems to be happening with other companies too. I really hope that the logistics companies can step up their game to avoid causing more problems for companies that are trying to be environmentally friendly. Despite these problems, I have to give credit to G-Star for sorting out my issue so quickly. My advice to other people would be to make sure you keep all your receipts and tracking information in a safe place.

I recently snagged some sheets from this company and let me tell you, I am seriously blown away by the quality. These sheets are not only gorgeous but also super comfy. I've never slept better! Screen protectors
The screen protectors were highly recommended, so I decided to buy some from the website. However, when I tried to use a discount voucher for first-time buyers, the code didn't work. I reached out to live chat for help, and found out that the discount wasn't valid in the UK. They did apologize though, and gave me a £10 credit. Later on, I got an email asking me to rate my live chat experience, which I did positively. In return, they gave me a 20% voucher that also didn't work. The £10 credit wasn't applying to my purchase, which was frustrating. When I contacted customer service, the calls kept getting disconnected and they weren't helpful at all.

Comfortable mask, broke
I bought this mask thinking it would be a good choice for now, but I was let down. The nose piece broke after just a bit of use, and the company's reply was not good. They only had a short 14-day guarantee, and didn't provide any fixes or replacements for the faulty mask. At $19 each, I was hoping for better quality and service. Also, I'm worried that the masks are made in Vietnam, but didn't get a clear answer on where they're sent from. Overall, not happy with this company.

Black satin skirt, too small
I ordered this black satin skirt from here but it ended up being way too small. I tried to contact customer support to arrange a return, but it's been almost a month now and I still haven't heard back from anyone. The website said they would get back to me within 24 hours, but that clearly didn't happen. So now I'm stuck with this skirt that doesn't fit and I can't send back. I ended up finding the same skirt on Ebay for a much better price, so I recommend checking out other sellers for a more reliable experience.

This duvet with button closure was terrible quality! Right when I started using it, the buttons started falling off. I contacted customer service, and all they suggested was giving me a measly $25 to fix it myself. In just a few months, every single button on the duvet fell off. I am so disappointed with the lousy craftsmanship and lack of quality control.
