Recent return lost in transit
I recently had a return go missing while it was being shipped, so I contacted the company for help. I was really impressed with how quickly and efficiently they sorted out my problem. This is now actually the second time in a row that I've had returns go missing, and I've also had a delivery disappear from three different orders within the past month. It's not just G-Star that's had issues, it seems to be happening with other companies too. I really hope that the logistics companies can step up their game to avoid causing more problems for companies that are trying to be environmentally friendly. Despite these problems, I have to give credit to G-Star for sorting out my issue so quickly. My advice to other people would be to make sure you keep all your receipts and tracking information in a safe place.

The fabrics are still good, but the finish just isn't up to par.
