The website was super easy to use, I could find my perfect pair of jeans with lots of sizes to choose from. They kept me updated on my order the whole time, and it arrived really quickly. Recent G-Star Raw purchase
I recently bought some stuff from your store and I've been a loyal customer for nearly ten years. I've always loved the cool and unique style that GSR offers, along with the high-quality materials and finish of your products. But lately, I've noticed a drop in the finish quality of your clothes. I've had problems with stitching, pieces not sewn or placed right, seams coming undone, and sizing inconsistencies. I've had to return a few items that I would have liked to keep. The fabrics are still good, but the finish just isn't up to par.

For sure, the jeans I got from your store are amazing. They fit just right, the quality is top-notch, and the style is perfect. I matched them with a comfy grey sweater I also bought there, and I'm thrilled with my buy. The only downside is that it was a bit pricey, but I figure you get what you pay for in terms of quality.
Recent return lost in transit
I recently had a return go missing while it was being shipped, so I contacted the company for help. I was really impressed with how quickly and efficiently they sorted out my problem. It's frustrating to see the courier system messing up for good companies like this one, which are really doing their best to offer great service. This is now actually the second time in a row that I've had returns go missing, and I've also had a delivery disappear from three different orders within the past month. It's not just G-Star that's had issues, it seems to be happening with other companies too. I really hope that the logistics companies can step up their game to avoid causing more problems for companies that are trying to be environmentally friendly. Despite these problems, I have to give credit to G-Star for sorting out my issue so quickly. My advice to other people would be to make sure you keep all your receipts and tracking information in a safe place.

So, I went to pick up my super awesome new shirt from the store, eh? And what do you know? It still had that dumb security tag on it! I was like, "Are you kidding me?!" I was just so bummed, like why would they do that to me, you know? So, I had to go back and they removed it, and gave me most of my cash back. Like, it's cool they gave me a refund and all, but still, I just wanted my shirt without any extra stuff on it, eh?
