Not great, still usable — friend showed me the app; six-day mail, cheap stuff, returns took ages, meh

I knew I was satisfied when the refund notice landed in my inbox — almost three weeks after the order. I first saw the sale on a coworker's post and told my sister to try it, so it stung. Quietly relieved the refund came, but the process was slow and contact options were poor.

I recently had a return go missing while it was being shipped, so I contacted the company for help. I was really impressed with how quickly and efficiently they sorted out my problem. It's frustrating to see the courier system messing up for good companies like this one, which are really doing their best to offer great service. This is now actually the second time in a row that I've had returns go missing, and I've also had a delivery disappear from three different orders within the past month. It's not just G-Star that's had issues, it seems to be happening with other companies too. I really hope that the logistics companies can step up their game to avoid causing more problems for companies that are trying to be environmentally friendly. Despite these problems, I have to give credit to G-Star for sorting out my issue so quickly. My advice to other people would be to make sure you keep all your receipts and tracking information in a safe place.

I had a really good time shopping at this store. The website was super easy to use, and buying stuff was a breeze. When I had to return something that didn't fit, it was a quick and painless process. I liked how everything went so smoothly.

This brand has quickly become one of my absolute faves!
