Linen sheet set, duvet, and duvet cover
I just bought a linen sheet set, duvet, and duvet cover from this company, and I have to say, I am super impressed. The quality of their products is amazing, especially because I'm pretty new to the whole linen sheet thing. I accidentally got two duvet covers that were on last call, but when I got in touch with customer support, they were so helpful. They let me return the extra cover without any problems. Anytime I had a question, I got a quick and informative reply in less than 24 hours. It's important to remember that this company is happy to help, but they can't read minds, so make sure you communicate clearly. I've even recommended this company to my Mom, that's how much I trust them. They might not be the cheapest option out there, but the quality of their products is totally worth it.
Comforters and linens
I've been a loyal customer for a few years now, and I must say, the products from this company are really impressive. The linens, especially the percale ones, are super durable and have held up really well over the past four years. Even the linen sheets, which were a bit thin when I first got them, have stayed in great condition after 2.5 years of use. The comforters are especially amazing, they're so cozy and warm. I did have a set of sheets rip a couple of years ago, but the customer service team quickly replaced them for me, which I really appreciated. The only small downside I've noticed is that the shipping times can be a bit long, but it's not a big deal considering how great the products are.
Luxe sheets purchase
I recently bought some fancy sheets from this company and I gotta say, they really surprised me with how good they are. They're so soft and feel super high-quality. I also decided to check out their percale sheets, which were a bit stiff at first, but after a wash, they softened up nicely. Although, I did notice that the percale sheets are more likely to get ripped, especially if you have pets that like to claw at them.

OMG, I just got my new linen duvet cover and pillowcases and they are sooooo soft! I ordered them on September 19 and got them super fast on September 21. The quality is amazing, and I'm definitely going to order more sets. I used to order from this other place and they had the worst customer service ever - they didn't even deliver my order because it was out of stock, and then took forever to give me my money back. UGH. But now I found this other place and they are awesome. Yay for new bedding!
Expensive fitted sheet, bad color, $9.95 return fee
I can't believe how much I spent on this fitted sheet, and when it came, the color was totally not what I expected. And to make matters worse, I need to pay almost $10 just to send it back? That's not cool at all. Next time, I think I'll just go with companies that offer free returns or go directly to Amazon.
Luxe sheet set purchase
I bought a Luxe sheet set from this brand recently and was really happy with the quality and comfort at first. But then I found out that the price of the set had gone down a lot just two days after I bought it. I contacted customer service to see if I could get a price adjustment, but they didn't really help me and it was frustrating. I explained the situation and said I wanted to buy another set, but they just said they would pass my request on to the team. "super plush bathrobe"
I used to be a customer of this company, so I thought I'd try out their "super plush bathrobe" because I saw a lot of great reviews online. But when I got it, I was super disappointed.
