Linen sheet set, duvet, and duvet cover
I just bought a linen sheet set, duvet, and duvet cover from this company, and I have to say, I am super impressed. The quality of their products is amazing, especially because I'm pretty new to the whole linen sheet thing. I accidentally got two duvet covers that were on last call, but when I got in touch with customer support, they were so helpful. They let me return the extra cover without any problems. Anytime I had a question, I got a quick and informative reply in less than 24 hours. It's important to remember that this company is happy to help, but they can't read minds, so make sure you communicate clearly. I've even recommended this company to my Mom, that's how much I trust them. They might not be the cheapest option out there, but the quality of their products is totally worth it.
Comforters and linens
I've been a loyal customer for a few years now, and I must say, the products from this company are really impressive. The linens, especially the percale ones, are super durable and have held up really well over the past four years. Even the linen sheets, which were a bit thin when I first got them, have stayed in great condition after 2.5 years of use. The comforters are especially amazing, they're so cozy and warm. I did have a set of sheets rip a couple of years ago, but the customer service team quickly replaced them for me, which I really appreciated. The only small downside I've noticed is that the shipping times can be a bit long, but it's not a big deal considering how great the products are.
- Linen duvet cover and linen pillowcases
OMG, I just got my new linen duvet cover and pillowcases and they are sooooo soft! I ordered them on September 19 and got them super fast on September 21. The quality is amazing, and I'm definitely going to order more sets. I used to order from this other place and they had the worst customer service ever - they didn't even deliver my order because it was out of stock, and then took forever to give me my money back. UGH. But now I found this other place and they are awesome. Yay for new bedding!
Sheets that are not deep enough
I bought some sheets online not too long ago, but I had to send them back. I really liked how soft and cozy they were, but they just weren't deep enough for my mattress. That meant they kept slipping and getting all bunched up, which wasn't the greatest for sleep. It would be nice if they had sheets with deeper pockets for bigger mattresses. On the bright side, when I got in touch with customer service to return them, they were super understanding and refunded me in no time. Great service!
Sheets
I recently snagged some sheets from this company and let me tell you, I am seriously blown away by the quality. These sheets are not only gorgeous but also super comfy. I've never slept better! The cute little flaps on the pillowcases are a nice detail that really ups the whole look and feel of the bedding. I loved them so much that I bought a set for a friend's birthday too.
Sheet Set
I bought a sheet set from this company and had a great experience with their customer service team. The sheets were good quality, but the pillowcases that came with the queen set were too small for my queen size pillows. I reached out to customer service, and they responded quickly, accepted the return without any trouble, and even covered the return shipping costs. They credited my credit card promptly. They kept me updated on the return status, providing excellent communication and service.
Expensive pillow replacement
My brand new fancy pillow got left out in the rain by UPS at my doorstep (luckily there's an overhang). The pillow ended up totally wrecked, soaked through, starting to grow mold and all. I took some photos and sent them to the company, and they quickly sent me a replacement. Can't complain about the customer service – they were on the ball and I'm happy with the outcome. It's nice to see that not all companies are a hassle to deal with.
