It was clear they didn't design it for regular people, not even someone with normal arms. It felt like a defective product for such a high price. I decided to just move on and not deal with them anymore. The reviews on their website didn't help either, so I didn't feel like exchanging it for something else. It's too bad, but I care about honesty and good quality, and this company didn't meet those standards.
