I'm so upset with the way this company has been handling things. It's so frustrating that they didn't even bother to reach out to me about my payment problem before sending it to a collections agency. Now my credit score is messed up all because of their mistake over $7.49. And it's ridiculous that they say they tried 11 times to get the payment through without ever actually talking to me. This is not how a good company should treat their customers when it comes to billing problems.

I've seen some not-so-great reviews about this company, but my own experience was actually pretty good. I got really great customer service from a lady named Ashley. She really went out of her way to help me with an exchange, even though she didn't have to. Ashley was always super nice, supportive, and quick to respond. I really appreciate all her help.
